@@emranao well neeko W moove clone on recast , if it worded that way it probably coded that way. so yhea it basicly a spell with no CD , work with tibbers too or anny no CD spell (zeri Q with very hight AS on release was kinda nut ) .
but yhea the spam with a macro is bordeline a exploit i aggre , but not a bug

maybe you could bug it further if viego possesses kassadin and then someone else right after, then you'd have infinite E cooldown on every E ability
