I've watched so many tutorials. I knew the figma step but the one tutorial I looked at said you had to have a vector already. But with your tip, I realize I can create my own vector with inkscape. I just tried this and it worked. I've tried so many tutorials that did not work before.
Hi! You can go under edit and see if drop shadows pop up as an option...if so you definitely can, if not you can duplicate the frame and fill it with black. Then place it behind the original. Then drop the opacity, and if you can blur it a little. Sometimes that can look like drop shadows.

To delete layer on inkscape or figma click backspace.
