I appreciate your enthusiasm, you’re a joy to watch. You’re really missing on an opportunity by not saying “snap into a slim Jim, ohhh yaaa”

So inspiring to watch this. I'm trying to get original material for a band project and to get some heavy riffs . Brilliant thanks Jason.

I'll always prefer E standard but it's cool to play around with different tunings, and to know the notes and chords that surround those tunings

Thank you brother...this is another channel 'Metal Mastermind' and I co-own this with Ken Candelas. It's for our course platform and the tips here are more geared towards things like songwriting and production. Thank you for being a part of this channel as well!

How about tips on soloing over these Drop D progressions....🤔😊

You would basically follow those same concepts, moving everything up 2 frets, so to speak. It's a matter of getting used to playing some notes on the fretboard you may not be used to playing.

Drop D🤘🏻 power chord friendly tuning right there . I like to play more progressive riffs tuned this way. Adam Jones style

I also like drop d because you can play big chords without breaking your hand

I ve watched the pizza vid. Not fun of metal. Will try to learn from you. So thank you very much. You are talented to teach. Also thank you for that. Greetings from Argentina

There is no minor or major in a power chord because it's just the 1st and 5th.
The 3rd in a normal triad creates the major/minor tonality.
Otherwise a great lesson as always.
You're still the master of metal guitar in my opinion.
I'll always push your content to my friends.
If y'all don't have Jason's courses, why not?
There's a wealth of knowledge in that stuff.
    Go get it!
