Totally a newer fan of her. I’ve been unfamiliar but definitely had no clue the depths of lyricism and little subtle hints/Easter eggs, until the big C hit. Hearing that Vernon (one of my absolute top artists) did a song with her, I naturally (admittedly, somewhat reluctantly) went to hear it. Writing is a cathartic hobby I enjoy, but I’m shocked I never realized just how talented swift is with her writing. It’s really something to wonder and drool over. The amazing beauty that oozes from her every word is unmatched. Truly. There’s a few poets I say that about and definitely less artists in this “era”. I’ve enjoyed learning more about her as an artist, and even more as a person. Her brain works in overdrive like many of us, but there’s very few who have the ability to imagine and execute. Especially to this level. I’d say you’re one of those few. Your story is completely admirable to me and I’m an old hag that is totally irrelevant. @@theswiftologistThanks!!🥰 If anyone is curious the jacket is from ASOS, the dress is originally Oh Polly but I got second hand from Vinted after a lot of keyword searching, the shoes are Head Over Heels by Dune & the stars are from Amazon (they are meant to be iron on rhinestones but I did not trust that to hold so I used a hot glue gun), finally I got sequins from a local craft store and had help sewing them on to the bust and straps😊 Also I did bring some of those roll up flats with me to change into so I could actually jump up and down!!

At the Gillette show in Mass, my 30 year old daughter and I were in cute outfits that got covered by rain ponchos and we were drenched like drowned rats! Even my husband was along for the experience and like a trooper, was soaking wet! We didn't care, it was worth it!!

I'm just now realizing that my old prom dress is lowkey giving Enchanted, so when the Eras movie comes out I may as well just wear that (sorry, as much as I'd love to see the queen perform live since she is coming to my state in 2024, there is no way in hell I'd be up that late, plus I don't want to end up in debt). But if Enchanted is too overdone, 3 other looks I desperately want to see but haven't yet are the red medieval Love Story dress from the Fearless tour, the yellow dress from the Lover MV, and the kind of Dorothy-inspired look from Karma.
I tried really hard to think outside the box for my outfit, I ended up putting together a look based on my 3 favorite albums/Eras (Speak Now, Midnights and Reputation). Had the 13 on my hand (that was black with green snakes), a quote from Rep down my arm and purple Converse for Speak Now, my Anti Hero shirt and the album cover makeup for Midnights and snake earrings and hair clips for Reputation 🤷🏻♀️ I loved it and I was super comfy, it was basically shorts and a tee shirt but also tried hard to represent my top 3 albums
I think they all do Lover cause it's easy, kind of "normal" for the travel to and from, and it's flattering to all kinds of people. It's scarier to look badass than sweet and pretty and girly
I wore boots i hadn’t tried out first to my show and by the end of the night my feet were literally bleeding..and then i had to walk 6 miles back to our hotel in 98 degree weather like that 😭

I cross-stitched my jacket with all the album covers (at the time of my show). I'm working on Speak Now TV and 1989 TV amd deciding where to put them on the jacket cause I'm almost out of room on the back.
My fave eras atm are folklore, midnights, and reputation, but the way I dress on the daily and my personality is more lover-like, so I will wear Lover inspired outfit just so I can re wear it on other occasions 🥂🤪
Im definitely a "newer" TS fan. I was 22 when she made it big and already a little more grown up than my peers (due to being a young mother) so she didn't really start to resonate with me personally until her reputation era. Personally, Midnights is my absolute favorite so far.
I was thinking to try and make a dress inspired by the koi guitar because Speak Now is one of my favorites and it's less obvious than just the purple speak now dress (which I have made a dress inspired by and already wore to Love on Tour so really I can't wear it again), but I don't know how I'll get those koi fish on there in a way it doesn't look cheap...

I'm just now realizing that my old prom dress is lowkey giving Enchanted, so when the Eras movie comes out I may as well just wear that (sorry, as much as I'd love to see the queen perform live since she is coming to my state in 2024, there is no way in hell I'd be up that late, plus I don't want to end up in debt). But if Enchanted is too overdone, 3 other looks I desperately want to see but haven't yet are the red medieval Love Story dress from the Fearless tour, the yellow dress from the Lover MV, and the kind of Dorothy-inspired look from Karma.
I tried really hard to think outside the box for my outfit, I ended up putting together a look based on my 3 favorite albums/Eras (Speak Now, Midnights and Reputation). Had the 13 on my hand (that was black with green snakes), a quote from Rep down my arm and purple Converse for Speak Now, my Anti Hero shirt and the album cover makeup for Midnights and snake earrings and hair clips for Reputation 🤷🏻♀️ I loved it and I was super comfy, it was basically shorts and a tee shirt but also tried hard to represent my top 3 albums
I think they all do Lover cause it's easy, kind of "normal" for the travel to and from, and it's flattering to all kinds of people. It's scarier to look badass than sweet and pretty and girly

I wore boots i hadn’t tried out first to my show and by the end of the night my feet were literally bleeding..and then i had to walk 6 miles back to our hotel in 98 degree weather like that 😭

I'm going to Vienna N2 in a year. I was going to go with simply a Taylor shirt and Taylor jewelry and normal pants and shoes since I don't have money for an expensive costume and I'm not creative at all. Also I'm transmasc and not really comfortable with feminine outfits, which limits options. I love your jacket! This video made me realize maybe I need to put more effort into my look...

I cross-stitched my jacket with all the album covers (at the time of my show). I'm working on Speak Now TV and 1989 TV amd deciding where to put them on the jacket cause I'm almost out of room on the back.

My fave eras atm are folklore, midnights, and reputation, but the way I dress on the daily and my personality is more lover-like, so I will wear Lover inspired outfit just so I can re wear it on other occasions 🥂🤪

Im definitely a "newer" TS fan. I was 22 when she made it big and already a little more grown up than my peers (due to being a young mother) so she didn't really start to resonate with me personally until her reputation era. Personally, Midnights is my absolute favorite so far.

I was thinking to try and make a dress inspired by the koi guitar because Speak Now is one of my favorites and it's less obvious than just the purple speak now dress (which I have made a dress inspired by and already wore to Love on Tour so really I can't wear it again), but I don't know how I'll get those koi fish on there in a way it doesn't look cheap...
