Hey Bryan! Loved the video! Just wanted to hear more about how did you get into program management? And what's the best part about program management that you throughly enjoy?
Thank you so much for the feedback! I got into Program Management when I wanted to explore Project Management. I saw myself as an organized individual and like taking charge of projects and executing them.
The best part of Program Management I enjoy is being able to see the project from finish to end. There’s a lot that happens in the process, but when you hit the finish line, it’s great seeing your work in action.

Nice video. I’m being recruited for a program manager position and honestly I had no idea what it entailed until watching. Do you have any tips for interview/job preparation?
I'm currently working as a Senior Project Manager, and I find it difficult to pick either I should go for Program Management career or Product Management career.
As I know in terms of money they are pretty the same, in terms of job duties they are different, but I don't know which I like more, because as for now I'm doing kind of both of these roles :D what is your opinion about it?
