    Great video! But in reality the situation is actually far worse than what you showed for the gel kits. They often actually lose concentration, ending up at 0.5x baseline or lower. They often lose far more platelets than claimed, (eg. over 50%). Huge variability between kits. We've tested many of them, and there's published studies that show their results as well. Only way to be sure of concentration is to analyze in clinic. 100k/uL can look very similar to 1000 k/uL. But if it's clear, transparent, like colored water, what many med spas call "liquid gold", it's always extrememly low concentration, usually less than 30k/uL, that's 10% of your generous baseline of 300k/uL. I can say this with confidence after testing almost ten thousand samples.
