    Thanks a bunch for this. My PT wanted me to do these, but it was straight-legged and stacked, and I wasn’t able to. He didn’t pursue it, but I do want to get it right, and this is a great demo for starting with correct form, and progressing it. Thanks again.

    Don't the knees have to be in line with the hips and not slightly in front?

    Question: in the bent knee version, should the pelvis be in line with the elbow/shoulder when you are down or when you are in the up position? I would guess that I would want everything in line when loaded in the up position.

    can i make a Recommendation? Ive got limited shoulder mobility. especially when I have my Hands over my head. could it just be tightness in my lat that doesnt allow me to have my hand Overhead Properly, or is it something Else?
