Question: in the bent knee version, should the pelvis be in line with the elbow/shoulder when you are down or when you are in the up position? I would guess that I would want everything in line when loaded in the up position.
can i make a Recommendation? Ive got limited shoulder mobility. especially when I have my Hands over my head. could it just be tightness in my lat that doesnt allow me to have my hand Overhead Properly, or is it something Else?
