instant stop sign

he was meaning that stop not to make a right turn but how could any one the street is blocked off any ways stop sign was instant and rather confusing too why? cuz there is no stop sign there and on top of that i had slowed down and was ony going 8 mph to begin with on the other stret this car was speeding up to block me from getting on 21 st is why i tried so hard to get in that took my attention off the guy pulling out of the drive way meaning thaty the person on 21 st was far away and sped up fastr to try to block me from the huge opening i had to get i to close the gap and stop in front of me to allow all the other cars behind him to pile up behind him and all block me there was a huge gap of 35 car lengths he was 2 blocks away he was on 34 ave and ????? it was strange as heck then he seen wut he had created and backed off
