I used to have a recurring nightmare on an all too regular basis. To describe it as a horror would be an understatement.
In time, I started to recognise it as a dream, but it was still a horror, and I would wake up in a cold sweat. In some ways, knowing what was to unfold, coupled with a sense of helplessness, made it even worse.
To cut a long story short, after numerous failed attempts to stay in the dream, I finally succeeded in changing the ending to one where it was not me who was seriously injured, and that time I still woke up, but calm and not sweaty. The nightmare hasn't returned.

I've had a handful of lucid dreams during my life, but they were just short moments. Roughly 2 weeks ago I had a long lucid dream. I immediately went to find women, but as I have found before it's no different to the real world I had to get to know them first before they would let me even hangout with them. So I decided to fly, which was fun. I remember flying around saying, I'm in a dream over and over just to confirm that I was dreaming and aware that I was dreaming.

Something that should be talked about is how the state of our lymphatic system and fascial system affects our sleep. Dreams shouldn’t be looked at as supernatural but rather as a by product of the persons structure as a whole.

Hardly click bait. It asks a genuine question and then answers it.
