Great video Joe I've been apprehensive about launching from New Brighton as never launched myself (always been tractor launched)... but getting mine out this Saturday hopefully. Saw someone mention kill cord but more importantly "bung in" 👍
Good luck mate. Just takes practice and knowing the tide. I don’t need the bung on mine as it’s self drain. I don’t always have it in depending on what I’m doing. Pull chord very important I did have it on but didn’t film it 😂😂 need to do a remake 😅👊👊
Really good to see what’s involved in launching and retrieving the Rib and I got to see what I missed when my phone died, great job Joe, cracking little video.
First watch of your channel, well put together, I launch my RIB myself all sound advice, you did forget to mention kill cord. I wish we had more cod on the Menai.
Subbed up great vid tbh I live in Birkenhead North (from Bromborough) used to fish the river as a teenager with my dad 25 years ago (im 49 now) caught nothing but dabs and rockling summer an whiting winter it's amazing how much the river has changed in the last 15 years! I stopped sea fishing 10 years ago and swapped back to course fishing but haven't bothered for 3-4 years so thinking about getting rid of my freshwater gear an having a blast at the river again! 🤔🤔👍🏻
Thanks mate appreciate it 👊 first time in a whilst posting on here I’m usually on the other platforms. 100% get yourself back out on the sea nothing better in my opinion 👌
Nice one Joe , tight lines❤😮
