This story brings back so many memories😌. Everything from how DIY was formed, how they became best of friends, and then Ciampa betraying Gargano, and then ALL of the matches they’ve had together were just amazing. This feud definitely had those HHH/HBK rivalry vibes and that’s not a bad thing. That rivalry is forever classic, and what Gargano and Ciampa did, while nothing original, was spectacular. NXT Black and Gold truly was special, and I’ll forever miss it for the memories it gave me and my brother.😊😌

I remember being in my bed in Germany watching their unsanctioned match at like 3.30 am and instead of being tired sitting upright and going through all the emotions. Never did I get that invested into a match ever again

Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa’s feud in my opinion in the best feud of the modern era. They gave me Triple H and Shawn Michaels blood feud vibes, those two absolutely wanted to killed each other. The matches Ciampa and Gargano had at Takeovers were classics and I will say some of the best in takeover history. Glad that they’re back to together on the Main Roster hopefully they can win the Undisputed Tag Team Titles
I have the actual pleasure of getting into NXT right when DIY v The Revival started happening so I have actually the Ballad of Strongheart and Blackheart since its inception in WWE all the way up to being the in the crowd when they reunited on Raw. It was an electric moment and one of my favorites as a fan.

Them holding hands during Cross face submission become a popular Wrestling spot and many in NJPW and AEW starting doing that spot where both teammates who are locked by opponents and they stop each other from tapping out.

2018 NXT was amazing, to the point that it was better than Smackdown Live and Raw. It was considered the best wrestling in North America before AEW came around. Gargano and Ciampa were some of the best wrestlers in the world alongside Adam Cole, Kenny Omega, Cody Rhodes, Chris Jericho, etc.
While I’m happy that DIY is back together on the main roster, I worry cause most main roster fans are still hung up on Vince’s idea of what a superstar should be.. A big, sweaty man.

With Triple H having full creative control I cant wait until he retells there story on the main roster. As great as there matches were at takeover imaging Gargano vs Cianpa at WrestleMania someday Happy to see them back together as a tag team on the main roster. If I’m Triple H you keep them as a team for a year so they can get over with the main roster give them a run with the tag titles. Then when the audience loves these guys as a team you pull the trigger & have Cianpa stab Gargano in the back making the audience hate Cianpa & making them want to root for Gargano
Ciampa is ABSOLUTELY fantastic, but I whole heartedly consider Johnny Gargano to be my favorite wrestler. He is highly underrated, I feel, and that upsets me. I remember randomly deciding to watch NXT and just falling in love with it. It was around the time NXT was at it's "super-peak", the only good thing WWE had goin on at the time- Who attacked Aleister. From then on, I would constantly stay tuned, religiously, every week. These two are a corner stone for NXT, and I wish WWE would do more with them on the main roster. Love these guys and their unbelievable history and chemistry. Absolutely brilliant!

They've been lackluster and sorta generic on Raw so far. But they have a ton of potential. I'm a big fan of Ciampa, especially, from NXT and his performance a few years ago in the royal rumble. There's a lot happening on the main WWE shows, but if they're well written and given a proper angle I think they can still really shine.
