Anil Lewis, Executive Deputy Director of the Jernigan Institute at The National Federation of the Blind gives instructions on how to use a slate and stylus.
You are very smart and very knowledgeable about the slate and stylus thank you for showing us on how it works. I have a few of them in my house I had before I got my braille writer years ago. And now I have braille displays that the small one can use for my phone in a bigger one I can do more on it and I got them from I can connect with people who are deaf blind for free and yes they trained me on them and the guy from I can connect was supposed to come back this month but with the coronavirus we had to cancel.
I have so many questions. Is everything written backwards? Like, if you want to use the contraction for ‘the’, do you have to write a Z instead? Can you even use contractions?
Wow he explains so clear and gentle. It was a highly educational and useful video.

You are writing left to right ,but are you spelling the words backwards as well ?
Yes, essentially mirroring.
