If this move was planned to disrupt streaming services for some sort of reform, it would fail. Ye doing this would only negatively affect him(losing recognition of the album, streams, and any chance of charting). If he wanted to attack streaming services i would say band together large and small entities and depart the services, maybe even make their own idea of one?

@@waynewheeler2655 I think Spotify has the best integration of this because you can simply add the songs to your playlists through the local files feature and access them from any device logged into your account. Apple Music is slightly different because you need to add the tracks from a computer with the iTunes app so it requires an extra step

How does that work?
Spotify has a feature called local files that allows you to add song files to your playlists which you can then access on all of your devices.
Apple Music requires an extra step in that I’m pretty sure you have to have a computer with the iTunes app so that you can sync your music to Apple Music.
