- The CNC controlling application we made the other day, had a small bug in it. So I went ahead and fixed that, and while sharing this new with you fellas, I also grabbed the opportunity to give you some updates, blend with a bunch of jibber jabber of course!

I agree with the "Museum" approach to the car....i think it is made to "look" nice rather than to really run fast!....more an icon than a machine.

I d like to include a forum indeed, we could all learn stuff from each other after all! Thing is that I am not too good at web engineering either. I ll have to do my homework on this. @@ZepLabs I can install it for you, if you like, temporarily on my server. All you need is to register a subdomain in your DNS settings to connect it to your site. When you are ready with your own web-space, you may move the whole to yours.
That car is pretty cool.
I say ... take pics of the front axle... CLEAR AND FOCUSED... and collaborate with THIS OLD TONY... perhaps ...or whomever....
The car would be great with a geared-down UNIVERSAL ELECTRIC MOTOR... but seems a ton of effort,... unless you find a worthy MUSEUM or such.
Thats what I instantly thought when Nikos sent me a photo of this, powering it up! But when seeing it up close I kinda reconsidered..
Axles are a bit skinny for that, it has no brakes of any kind, and not too much space to squeeze them all, along with motors, gearbox, batteries and everything!
A ton of effort indeed! Not having any kids of my own to sqeeze in there, and being certain that I will have put a serious amount of holes on that until I 'm done, I am looking for a more respectfull to this old thingy solution! Something like the museum approach..
Can you make it to work via OTG instead of WiFi?
Havent tried something similar, but it sounds quite simple, yup!
Its a well worn path, stick a V8 in it !
