Hi dear, the timeline truly depends on the visa officer really. just like visitor visa and other types of visa, the wait time differ from one case to the other. It could range from 30 days, 60 days to 3 months depending on how the officer is satisfied with the documents presented or answers provided during the interview. Now that you have done your interview, just pray and be hopeful. I am not licensed to provide expert advice but based on my experience having applied initially as a visitor, even a student and then as a permanent resident, i am providing this opinion based on my own experiences.
