but a big problem is u dont keep the pot of the higher item either, if i had an almost finished ring with legend pot 3L but it's 17 stars I can't use this system... to get that ring to 22 stars zzz
if the transfer takes 1 star, would it be cheaper to just 24 star the kana ring then by the time it gets to slime its 22 star? or is that just too rare of a chance?
Where did you find the SF data? Looking at Suckhard's SF calculator, it seems cheaper to not transfer hammer. The only thing transfer hammering does is protect it from booming sub 20*
I mean, just booming alone makes it worth. Imagine starforcing a slime ring from 0-22. Youre bound to boom at least 7-10 rings. thats a minimum of 25b. On the other hand, if youre using kanna rings like he did and get it to 22*. Then you can transfer it onto a gollux ring and immediately transfer onto a slime resulting in a 20* slime ring. You have to take into account the cost of the items, depending on the cost this method will be better or worse but for mid-late this is pretty much the go to method.
@@ClanKaiserGMS Even on that calculator, its cheaper to star up a 160 to 20* than it is a 150 to 21* then transfer, the only argument would be booming. So for reboot its really not that great? unless ur trying to protect a rare ish item, but if you're at the stage of going for 22* you're at a stage of the game it doesn't really matter to protect said equip
He's making it up. I think superior to guardian angel is cheaper, but kanna ring to superior ring to guardian angel is just lol... He prob wasted more money staring that kanna ring than he would have if he sf the superior ring directly. He should show the math if he claims this method is cheaper otherwise its a misleading video
Transfer hammer should only be used in very specific scenarios: 1)when you're late-end game because the erasure of mpots and bpots meaning you're only going to be using this mechanic when you have a lot of capital (mesos), which you won't have in the early-midgame. 2) Only when a new item is just released that is transfer hammerable (like the slime ring) because there aren't going to be any premade items you can just buy directly since the market doesn't have experience with it yet. Practically speaking, using transfer hammer in early-midgame is going to slow down your progression because you're usually trying to make 17* leg gears to hit midgame, so starforcing random fodder to 21-22* just to transfer to an equip is an inefficient use of your resources. Additionally, it is usually more costly to cube a 3L mpot than to sf something to 22*, so while you can finish an item easier by transfer hammering, you're going to have to end up cubing it yourself which will probably cost more in the long run. Finally, there are also alternative ways than transfer hammer to potentially starforce gears cheaper than doing normal starforcing. For example, in order to make a 22* slime ring you can also directly starforce the slime ring but if it booms, use a 100% 17* enhancement scroll to bring it from 12* to 17* and tap from there -- will likely end up saving you more mesos in the long run because you'd eat less safeguarding costs and cut down on boom replacement costs too.
It is very conditional for sure. As for using 17* scrolls, I don't recommend them since they dont come around very often and even if you use them 17-20 is a HUGE battle. That's where 90% of the booms for me occurred in the Kanna's treasure ring star forcing.
@@ClanKaiserGMS 17* scrolls are usually in stock from lotto box events, and range from like 1b-2.5b. It's for sure the best way to upgrade eyepatch and berserked, items that you 100% will safeguard every tap starting from 12*.
I love all the less obvious and more niche topics you cover! Thanks for the great videos :>
an item at 15 or 20 star can't loose star if the enhancement fail ???

duh
but what if ur item has a legendary optential then, u will lose that potential no..?
duh
Best way to increase mules starforce for legion raid.
do the SF stats get auto-adjusted? SF stats on 140 is not the same as the ones on lv 160
Yes they do
if you boom going for 22* at the end, won't it still go back to 12* though?
Yes, and thats when you have to repeat the process of a KT to Sup.
@@ClanKaiserGMSwhat do you do with the 12* boom

24 anything is basically impossible lol
That was helpful, thanks
