This, this is how you make an intro. You get the player right into the game, no pause for tutorial, no nothing. Figure it out as you go. Especially for the horizon games, this makes the festival feel special. You learn exactly what the game is about, you experience some of the major disciplines, go through the seasons, and make it feel like you’re part of a celebration of cars. May be three years ago, but it still feels special. Farewell Horizon UK, hello Horizon Mexico.

I've already played through the opening twice (from the demo and full game), have watched it several times on UA-cam from E3, Gamescon, and others, and yet here I am watching it again because I can't get enough of this game.

Naiko however we see that the devs are quite lazy on certain aspects of the game like overused car sounds, mismatched car sounds, just in general bad car sounds, no Ebrake animations and terrible pop in

Pro Tip, just go to your "Profile" tab on Xbox and select "Sign In As Guest" or whatever and you can boot the game up and Replay the Intro whenever... Don't waste space keeping the Demo Installed 🤣

It’s just a fact that horizon 4 was just the best Forza game ever.
3 and 4 are the best
Forza Horizon 4 was my first Horizon game and my mouth was on the floor the entire intro. I’ll never forget it. I’ve played racing games my whole life and FH4 was the most fun I’ve ever had in one. Masterpiece of a game and banging soundtrack.
The one thing missing from this that all other Horizons had was the sequence of people racing, drifting or jamming to the music at the Festival at night.
The first 40 seconds remind me of when I went to E3 and they announced it.
