She was really great for her age! And she had great timing too. The others were pretty good too for their age. I've seen few recital videos lately, and for a group this young they were some of the best I've seen. Great job!
First, she had some things to think about, happens to us all in the wrong moment occasionally . Then, obviously she had a small issue with the fit of her tutu's top portion. Once again, it happens to us all at some point. She is deep thinker for her age. Go little one!!!!! Make your mark!!!!!
I vaguely remember from I was a toddler (at four) how scary it was to go out on that big stage and have the bright lights in your eyes that make it impossible to see the audience watching you as you perform for them... The pressure up there can be quite paralyzing for an adult, let alone a small child. And it doesn't help when the straps on your leotard are distracting you by being uncomfortable and itching. I think she did a great job just being out there and staying calm in her spot. That's the first thing you have to learn and get more comfortable with. The rest will fall into place as long as you experience to feel that "nothing went totally wrong." And it didn't really. It went quite smoothly for them all. And the level of skills for their age group was impressive, to say the least. Pliés, changing positions, posture, balance, leg lifts, jumps, twirls and the whole shabang. I loved the performance. And who knows, one day she may be the one to fly across the stage...
Increíble como la segunda niña por la izquierda ni se inmutó durante toda la presentación 😄😄la cara que se le quedaría al que fue a verla, estuvo precioso el acto.
I don’t agree (unless you know her or something, then I’m obviously wrong); children this age won’t usually stand there quietly and tolerate being in the middle of an activity if it’s making them miserable, they will simply leave the premises and if an adult brings them back eventually they’ll escalate into a tantrum. In contrast, there are the kids who basically turn into zombies like the little girl second from the left - they literally just stand there the whole time looking like they have no idea where they are or why they’re there, sometimes they just looking around blankly, so sometimes they will get distracted by a thread on their clothing like this girl, or the ribbon on their shoe, or I remember one little girl wandered over to a flag standing on side of the stage and started playing peek a boo with nobody 😂 And it’s so sad because you know they spent so much time practicing and preparing for that one moment, and all for nothing…anyway I think what happens to those children is they simply freeze up, which is something that happens to people of all ages all the time - there are some humans whose brains cope with high levels of stress by shutting down. So I think there are just certain children who walk out onto the stage and as soon as they see all those people staring at them, they become flooded and overwhelmed and instead of panicking their brains actually have the opposite response - they check out and leave the building. The human brain is amazing.
Oh, but the hard part is going out on that stage and remain there till the end of the music as everyone is watching you and what you do. Now that can be scary. And not panicking and tearing up over an uncomfortable strap on your leotard but simply adjusting it mid performance and keep going- that's impressive, I think. She did a good job. There will be better days on stage. :)
For Sam of the comets people right for the little girls is very much foul of stoubitii these little ones they don't know what eksakly is that ! I nave three grants same age as the are dad I am very much proud and very much happy

Wow, well, please don't put your child in dance then. The recital is just a fun thing at the end of the year, and at this age, it's just for the parents and learning how to be onstage. I am sure she learned a lot during the actual class.
@@siribaimusic exactly...it's for the children, not so some weird parent can flash their child around on social media for extrinsic purposes and head pats.
Without the "stupid frozen" ... who is all of maybe 3 years old ... none of us who didn't have a kid on stage would even see the others hard work. I love these videos.
Why parents and dance teachers keep putting these kids up to dancing when the kid don't want to dance did the girl show interest in dance at practice did the parents go to the classes talk to the teachers to see if the kid enjoyed dance my advice save your damn money until the kid is older so they can decide if they want to take dance classes cause be that girl didn't
@@brendolyntaylor792 the recital isn't supposed to be that much pressure as you're make it out to be. I'm sure she learned a lot during the class and her behavior in the recital doesn't reflect that at all. It's called stage fright. Also, there are also the kids who 'turn it on' for the recital and act the rest of the time like they don't want to be in dance class, trust me. And kids should start dance young if possible. If they start later they're going to have just as much trouble because their motor skills aren't developed. The purpose of pre-ballet/creative movement classes like this are to develop their motor skills and exposing them to ideas of weight transfer, balance, musicality and basic dance terminology... if they continue with dance all of that is a good foundation to build on. Otherwise you start from scratch later. Even if they don't continue, though, the child benefits from the development of motor skills, and social skills, and creativity. These kids are probably in class 30-45 minutes a week. It's not like you're paying for hours and hours of classes at this age. My patience though ends when a child is left onstage having a meltdown through the dance because they're traumatized, and no one comes to get them.
There is always one.
