A tip in case you want to kill some Porgs again after this: If you select a Dark Side character you can pick up the Porg companion with the Force and drag it anywhere you want. This way you wouldn't have to shoot him until he falls into the Sarlacc Pit, you could just drop him directly in it's... mouth?... beak? Anyway I used Darth Maul to do this but you can probably do it with the other dark side characters.
You need to unlock the dark side skill to be able to pick characters up other than droids
I can’t wait to see the sequel to this.

Then we'll have the return of the porg, but then we can see an origin trilogy of how porgs became Sith but then like a decade later some idiot will make a new trilogy with some other creature that no one will like cause it will undo all the porg character development and at the end this new creature will claim to be a porgwalker which will outrage everyone!

So basically you can’t hit porgs because when they were filming these pesky creatures were originally puffins that would invite themselves on the scene and they are a species that you are not allowed to interfere with, so Disney had to incorporate them into the film somehow, hence the porg.

Fun fact: the porgs where added to the movie because endangered birds kept flying into the shot, since the birds where endangered the film crew couldn’t use blanks to scare them away. With the birds flying into shot, the crew decided that it would be easier to blend them into the movie by making them look alien.
Ok so, I have the disc version of Revenge of the Sith. And inside of the case it has a flier of all the extra features for the disc and one is a promo for the original Battlefront 2. It says it’s a level where you play a 212th trooper raiding utapau and you can play as Obi-Wan. Apparently all you have to do is put the second disc in a pc or whatever you play on and it launches the level. Maybe you could check that out? Sounds like a cool video, I didn’t even know it existed.

Suggestion: find every droid (playable or not) in the game
The hydraulic presses or whatever the crushy, squishy machines in the droid factory level are will also kill the porg companion and probably Baby Yoda.

There are Porgs you can kill. You will find some above where Luke dies. But you will need the Dark Rise upgrade, play as Vader, Kylo or any Dark side character pick up the Porg with the Force and simply throw it at the ground.
