I cooked it last night. The wife and kids loved it. The only thing different. I did was seasoning the meat with more of our Creole seasoning. Being a Louisiana native👌🏽

You are the second chef I have heard honoring Daddy Jack.I have watched his channel for years. I was all set to go to Bank St. Bridgeport and the pandemic hit his restaurant shut down and well you know what happened. I never made it. I personally am a graduate of the culinary institute of you-tube and cook once a month for 50-55 firefighters at our monthly meeting. Daddy Jack and chef Jeffery are my favorites.

So pretty sure much don't help a BIG company if you're not getting paid for it that's all.
