You've been paying attention on what makes a yard look nice, cared for. A good job with things from edging, crack cleanups, shoveling gutter and curb, trimming, etc.

I agree you did a great job. The renters looked able body. I would love to see you go back and do the back yard . As far as y they can or cant take care of the yard themselves don't matter it makes for great videos and you get paid threw UA-cam
Isn't it always RENTER homes that look the least bit loved. Bare minimum of care. It makes me sad to see this pattern repeat so often. Sweat equity is a real involvement of time, which means caring enough to keep esthetics up. I admire you for your good works. You really get stuck in and completely accomplish the task.... Job well done here. Looks much better and tidy!
Good cleanup job. But rather ridiculous the grass was not long. Edges needed a trim Bushes needed a trim. Reasonable video the person dancing around behind the camera, shadows distracting
The landlady has obviously not been doing basic maintenance on that property for decades (painting, drainage, concrete repair), so it's a bit funny that she's bent out of shape over some raggedy grass.
I'm sorry but it looks worse but the effort was there maybe watch a few other lawn care UA-cam channels and you may learn and get a larger following. But I believe there was healthy capable people living there that could have done the job.
