What an incredible calm...must be surrealistic.
The eye is always spookly calm

Imagine you being in the middle of the ocean and you see huge walls of circles around you and in the middle where you are it’s peaceful and quiet.

How bad was it in ibuzuki? I was over in Kanoya...My house was shaking pretty violently.
It's was pretty windy but thankfully not too much damage - Yakushima really shredded the core somewhat before landfall!
