Pasta with white sauce & chicken cutlets & mushrooms
Boil 400 grams of pasta in water
Add salt
Cut half an onion
Cut three cloves of garlic
20 grams of butter
Add a tablespoon of oil
Add chopped onions
Add the garlic
Mix well & cook for four minutes
Cut 250 g of chicken cutlet
add the chicken cutlet
Mix for six minutes
Add 200g heavy cream
Teaspoon of paprika
teaspoon of turmeric
Little spoon of salt
Mix well
Cut four small mushrooms 🍄
Add the cut mushrooms
Turn off the heat when the pasta is cooked
Add 450g fresh cream
Leave the sauce cooked for six minutes then add the pasta
Mix the pasta well with the sauce for two minutes
