@@clownofthetimes6727 "Nothing more than trespass", I haven't even watched the video above yet so I cannot comment, but there certainly are a selection of crimes that have attached to them the words "with intent", and that would be very dependent on the specific circumstances. There is no good reason why a pair of criminals (trespass is a crime) left their quad bike on a farmers land, I have no doubt that they were there for more crime, the farmer arrested them and contained them for the Police. He would have been fine if he had simply tied them to the quad bike, phoned the Police to come and collect them and walked off with the quad bike key. Driving them around on top of the quad bike was dangerous and stupid because it has directly led him to prison. Personally I would havedoes as I suggested, plus I would have filmed them in situ for my own defence.!
Anybody finding somebody else breaking a statutory law has the right to arrest them as "found committing". As Trespass to land’ is largely a civil offence, but the introduction of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (‘PCSCA’) in June 2022 makes trespass, in some cases, a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment of up to four months and/or a fine of up to £2,500, this farmer has committed no offence. The farmer has not committed theft by removing the bike , the definition of theft is to permanently deprived the owner.
Cant remember who said this, but it rings so true!! "If crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it. A criminal who does not fear the police, and he fears neither judge nor jury. He must therefore be taught to fear is his victim."
Hed probably throw his wife at the criminal and allow them to have their way with her rather than manning up and defending his castle. Modern society is full of weak men.

Nice One for the Farmer❤❤❤
If the police can’t fight crime, and we have to have private security, then we should be demanding that portion of our council tax back.
They have done so though, the police have fought crime in this case. The criminal has been arrested. The young lads freed, safe and sound with no loss to life and the criminal farmer possibly getting a couple of years in prison for assault and kidnapping.
Agreed.
So true-try it. Read your council tax bill. Think, act, I did within weeks of the morons protesting about Margaret Thatchers GREAT new PollTax.
A Just and sensible tax that the morons fought to settle for a more costly council tax.
It took me 7 long hard years fighting the limitless funds of the "Unfit for purpose" kent police but due to bonkers uk law, the outcome was different to my innocent intention and so they exempted me for life from ever paying council tax. And yes I got a full 7 year rebate too.
And stronger castle laws. The right to bear arms on your own property.
Holy moly 🤣🤣 what a legend!!🏅 #freethefarmer👨🏻🌾
Michelle Dewberry is completely right ,
and hot
yeah what fool would protect their child from illegal assault kidnap and endangering their life by not using suitable passenger load vehicle 🤣🤯shes a picture of perfect sanity alright 🤣... Either a lot of bots in the comments or a scary lack of braincells
@@benayers8622 You're the reason why the world is as it is....
Yes, agree with the farmers!!!!!!!!
And if the farmer is stabbed or beaten what next Mike Buckley???
well karen i suppose the two individuals would have got compensation for the damage to the blade of the knife when it impacted the farmers bones or for their bruised knuckles.... you know, it makes no sense.
Mike will claim that the kids had a right to defend themselves after the horrible farmer stopped their play time. He’s entirely what’s wrong with this country. Lefty loon
That would just be an unfortunate isolated incident.😂
You should be able to defend yourself on your property by any means neccessary
Michelle Dewberry, I have only just discovered you. I love your attitude
The farmer should not be prosecuted, if they hadn’t been committing an offence they wouldn’t be tied up......not rocket science
What offence have they committed?
@@craigk621 criminal damage, and aggravated trespass. They were tearing up his field with a bike.
@@user-iw7gb6hx2j thanks. Trespass is normally civil but you are ofc right if it were the offence of aggravated trespass.
That's a citizens arrest.
If the police did their job people wouldn’t need to resort to doing this.
why on earth do we need to pay the police part of council tax if theyre not going to uphold the law?
I too admire the farmer, but in today's woke society I also fear what will happen to him. I certainly don't agree with the guy with the beard.... he gives me the impression of being part of the woke problem.
Yes, he is part of the problem. Don't agree with anything that comes out of his mouth. But l am glad they have a balanced argument. Take care out there.
The labour supporter is a clown. He is so wrapped up in his grubby commy views that he's only happy when society is disintegrating.
But you can bet his little slice of society ISN'T disintegrating
Another Labour supporter who has no idea how rural life works, he thinks his produce comes from a lorry to a supermarket. Rural crime is a problem but gets ignored.
Well said
Him and his like is the reason law and order is in the state that it is.
What's the world coming to when you get arrested for making an arrest!
Trespassing isn't a criminal offence, which makes the citizens arrest a false imprisonment from a legal pov (even if we agree with the spirit of the action itself).
That's why the younger generation to a great extent are the way they are today, not all of course, but as usual the rotten apples in the barrel always get the attention as the saying goes. I hope these boys have learnt their lesson!! Their parents should support the farmer, if it were any of my children I would support the farmer, how are these youngsters ever going to learn totherwise. Sad one has to use this type of action, but as a parent myself, sometimes you can talk yourself silly and not get anywhere, short sharp treatment, works after being explained to them what they've MUST NOT DO!! After that you pay the consequences of your actions. But these boys will be glorified in the press as usual!!
@@14Anon2Aggravated trespass is a criminal offence, where you are knowingly and deliberately trespassing. Trespass itself isn't a criminal offence to allow for unknowing, accidental trespass.
Fair play to the farmer. He is 100% correct. He could of dispatched of them whilst protecting his property.
The police can’t cope - don’t you think they are policing a lot of the wrong stuff.
The police are out in numbers when white people protest. The Court system is suddenly a model of efficiency and places are miraculously found in prison for the protesters.
But those two thugs at Manchester Airport, they're still walking around, free.
This whole political class needs clearing out. They're corrupt and incompetent.
They were on private land. It wouldn't happen to any of us because we wouldn't trespass.
Try that in Texas see what happens.
The government need to be careful with this farmer case. arresting him is just ridiculous..
Despite being released on bail, I can't see much happening to the farmer, the lads will learn not to cause criminal damage and trespass. I would not be surprised if the the farmer sold the land for millions to the council and move abroad, there is nothing to stay in the UK for anyway; unless you have a small family or a decent job.
THEY WERE TEARING UP HIS LAND ON THEIR QUAD, WHAT SHOULD HE DO WAIT 12 HRS FOR THE COPS TO SHOW UP
Where I live there thrashing around on the roads

well done the Farmer.
THANKS LABOUR
Yes Mr Farmer🎉
Lefties are why countries are in a mess. Those 2 boys were in someone’s field on a quad bike and left it there. However, it’s the FARMER’S fault. 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
I laughed out loud when you asked if he was 12. Ha ha, that’s how you do it Michelle. ❤️
They live in another world….THANKFULLY.
How 14 years of Tory’s created this!! Cuts to police!! Mass overcrowded for years under Tory’s watch they ignored our fears on letting criminals out!! This is the result!!
Sounds like that last braincell be dead from loneliness soon 🤦💀
And there are so many blacks in the country side with a quad. Just common every day thing.
I am with the farmer
Farmers wont do the correct thing and involve the law in future. They will deal with trespassers themselves.
Tresspass is a civil matter. Police don't get involved
@@wotzcheezif they were on his land causing criminal damage would be aggravated so police will get involved
@@davidedwards1786 they didn't mention anything about criminal damage
@@wotzcheez The police will get involved if anybody trespasses against the state. They don't give a fck about those who earn the money that pays their wages. In future the farmer will throw them in the effluent tank.
I was always told you could protect your property.if burglars enter ur property or pinch your belongings why would u stand and let them
Rural crime - theft of machinery and equipment is at an all time high. These lads were not simply trespassing
Both dressed in black head to toe? Absolutely no way they had innocent intentions.
You have just made that up. All the evidence suggests that they were doing nothing more than tresspass.
But the farmer is going to prison and rightly so.
@@clownofthetimes6727so if I walked into your garden dressed all in black with balaclava on , had a little mooch about, your fine with that
@@clownofthetimes6727 🤡
Anybody finding somebody else breaking a statutory law has the right to arrest them as "found committing". As Trespass to land’ is largely a civil offence, but the introduction of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (‘PCSCA’) in June 2022 makes trespass, in some cases, a criminal offence punishable by imprisonment of up to four months and/or a fine of up to £2,500, this farmer has committed no offence. The farmer has not committed theft by removing the bike , the definition of theft is to permanently deprived the owner.
Good on the farmer as the police & justice system is beeped
Next time he might not hand them in if they charge him.
Is civil arrest not legal?
Well done farmer .police need to think agian .
Police and think is an oxymoron.
Thats why they are called thickets when in groups.
Fantastic job farmer 👏👏
Cant remember who said this, but it rings so true!!
"If crime is to be curbed, it is only the intended victim who can do it. A criminal who does not fear the police, and he fears neither judge nor jury. He must therefore be taught to fear is his victim."
Citizens arrest
Absolutely.
Great farmer
That guy on the right is an absolute melt
I feel sorry for the family of that coward on the panel. He'd probably hide in a wardrobe rather than protect his family from intruders.
Hed probably throw his wife at the criminal and allow them to have their way with her rather than manning up and defending his castle. Modern society is full of weak men.
He'd probably help them load his stuff into their bags. Cowardice is rampant in lefty circles.
@@Shroomboy81 modern society is full of simps and weaklings.
He would actually protest for them if they got arrested. But yes I agree , don't think he would be much use in the case of a home intruder.
He's not bothered, his wife's boyfriend will protect him and his family.
Great stuff well done to the farmer
