I'm so excited to watch this. I support Andrew and his aircraft. The quality from the build to the covering everything is perfect. Some of the best planes I've ever flown in my 37 years in this hobby.

It is always so exciting to have Andrew Jesky fly at the UVA Saratoga Springs field! Impressive, inspiring, and amazing along with the fact Andrew is a really nice guy! Watching his flights really curve your own desire to do better. I once was a new guy and our club really tries to push FUN and Safety for certain so never, ever let a single bad experience get you down. Lastly, a majority of interested are "afraid to fly". Ask more and learn if you can "buddy-box" with experienced flyers...it may change your experience in flying forever.

Awesome interview. Fliton first airplane was the icon and then BJ HUYNG designed the inspired-60 a true hybrid into rc plane. Then came AJ with the extra. Nice to hear about TERRY. The design phase and prototype phase is nice to hear. What I got is that airfoil and fuselage length are key to AJ.

Andrew’s knowledge & experience is what makes the planes he sells fly exceptionally well. For me it started when he designed the 89 inch Slick for 3DHS. That was the best plane I’d flown in 30 years of flying. When I saw his original Laser 230Z I bought it immediately. I swear by his planes, they always fly fantastic and the quality is the best I’ve assembled. I’ve met Jason & Chip, both down to earth & great guys. Would be great to meet “the Animal” one day too.

Love this. Most importantly, I love the new raven that they’re going to build! I am literally counting down the seconds to buy like five of those. That’s my favorite airplane of all time and having AJ build those is going to be a game changer! The only other thing that was somewhat shocking is his battery selection. Shocking, because of the fact that underpower almost always performs the absolute lowest on any of the Lipo testing that’s done in a professional manner such as the guy on our sea groups that’s an electrical engineer, and they perform solo that a lot of times he doesn’t even include them in the testing now because of how bad they are.I don’t have personal experience but I just thought that was interesting considering there’s batteries that are much cheaper than performed exponentially higher in testing

Introduce a GPS based system & One single judge. Then judge the judge against GPS data.
This will rule out judge decicions that are less-than 100% neutral, ie. biased towards a certain pilot.
The other solution in order to battle judging"corruption" is, to have all pilots fly the exact same aeroplane, whilst the judges remain in the dark as tho who is flying the sequence at any given time of the competition.
