The man’s set to play Black Knight in the MCU…I think people who are saying “he needs a job” are vastly underestimating the amount of planning that goes into the MCU, if they cast him as Black Knight (which they did) then they have plans to incorporate him into future projects or give the character his own Disney+ series or a full on movie.
If Kit is pushing for this Jon Snow sequel, I genuinely think he’s trying to rid his career of the stain that was season 8 of GoT and give that character and story a more satisfying conclusion. He does not need to come back for the money the man has made endless boat loads of it, and he’s basically all but secured more boats of money through the MCU.
His motivations for trying to get this sequel series done has to be wipe that stain off of his career, because believe me season 8 of GoT was a big fat stain on the careers of many of those actors. I think Emilia Clarke was the only one who seems to have come out the other end more or less unscathed.

The show would have one episode, where it starts with Jon saying: “oh ya I forgot that Tormond said there was nothing to hunt due to the White Walkers turning them all.”
And also the fact that it’s still cold as balls and any crops that we plant today won’t be ready for another few months.
Then they’ll either all starve to death or return back to the north.

If it’s true that Kit is pushing for this to happen which seems to be the case, I honestly think he has to have nothing but good intentions in mind…he’s already made boat loads of money and he’s set to play Black Knight in the future of the MCU. I think he’s fully aware that season 8 of GoT left a permanent stain on his career because of how bad of a script he was given, it just didn’t reflect good on him in general.

One of the dumbest things from the GoT finale was Jon Snow returning to beyond the wall with the remaining wildlings. The whole entire point of the wildlings is that they want to live south of the wall because its so immensely miserable to live north of the wall. Why the absolute schnitzelfuck would they go back there?? 'Exiled'? The man and these wildlings kind of saved the entire goddamn world. Surely they could live north of Winterfell since all the great houses over there were wiped out by the walkers. And they are actually going to make a sequel about this? lmfao

they actually loved being North of the wall what was driving them South was the white walkers.
i do agree however but i also see this as an opportunity what they could do with this is "civilize" the wildlings and have the show be set 10-15 years after GOT and Jon and his wildlings have settled at say Hardhome once again and have built almost a full blown city and other wildlings Clans have joined him and they now live almost like a Settled Viking clan. with Jon being their King.
the main threat in this series could be Sansa whose gotten a taste for conquest is trying to expand her kingdom beyond the Wall and the show could be about Jon vs Sansa.

The book better have a fan-fucking-tastic ending to make up for THAT pre-arranged disappointment. I would love to see a sequel show where Jon starts developing his full warg potential and learns to warg other beasts aside from ghost, maybe even warg other people too.. From the books we know the gift is strong in him.. I would like to see him ask Sansa for the Gift and being denied by her in order to favour the northern lords, which she needs to please somehow so they keep supporting her... Jon would take this really bad since his people, the wildlings, need a safer place to live and prosper, and winterfell is in debt with them... Sansa still will deny them the Gift.. Leading this to Jon declaring open rebellion to winterfell.. The wildlings would rally behind him and crown him king beyond the wall.. We could also see Val coming into the story and have a child with Jon. Now with a child and being clear that he will get no help from Sansa, he takes up the Stark name for himself and his child, and founds house Stark beyond the wall. The northern clans add their support to Jon. He starts becoming more credible as force and presses Sansa to give them the Gift or to face war. Sansa concedes to Jon, but some North lords don't take this too well, especially the umbers and the karstarks, that still feel house stark owes them for their service to Robb.. They rebel and betray Sansa, imprisoning her, and go to war against Jon for possession of the gift

Maybe they could bring back some of the lore around the character in the books, who is actually called the Night's King. Maybe the corpse queen, or something with the white walker ice castle which we saw in the show. We still know so little about these things, the potential showrunner could do a lot with them. Here's a what if:
What if, While Jon Snow tries to make a new life for himself beyond the wall, a raven appears with a letter which has information from bran (or he talks to him in his dreams like you said) that a potential threat has set camp to the far north, in the ice palace that the white walkers once called home. This new threat, the corpse queen, a mysterious witch of unknown origin, might have been the one that persuaded the children of the forest to create the white walkers so long ago, assuring them that they would destroy the dangerous men that were taking over their home. In their desperation, they agreed, but when the night king was born, he turned on the children immediately, becoming the queen's strongest soldier thanks to the children's magic. After the king and his soldiers was destroyed, bran sought to send Jon, a man with some experience beyond the wall, to the north in secret, so he could investigate this threat, knowing he would abandon the wall and go with the wildlings. Potentially preventing the creation of another Night king.
Since the night king's motive was never explained (hell, he never even spoke a word) this could go some length to give some reason behind his lack of depth and make an actual character the reason behind the long night and all the death and destruction. Maybe it could be a witch from Asshai who found peace in death and wished to share it with the world through necromancy and ice magic. Sure, it would heavily skew the existing corpse queen from the books, but we know so little of her that it would not hurt to do something with her, plus it would still link her with the Night king in the show like she was linked to the Night's king in the books.

honestly i would take alot of inspiration from the Last Kingdom (TLK writers would be perfect for this aswell)
and have Jon Snow have somewhat of a similar character arc to Uhtred of Bebbanburg where he's very much a lord without land or wealth but his reputation as a warlord is what encourages people to follow him and he has actual character traits and wants outside of just defeating the current enemy because i feel that is what was missing from Jon's character past season 4 once Jon died and came back the guy had literally no motivations outside of beating the night king. we never once got any insight to who Jon was as a character. i know his meme worthy "i don't wun it" line is iconic now but if he didn't want the throne THEN WHAT DID JON WANT!.
this is where the inspiration from Uhtred would be great. Uhtred in the last kingdom pretty much started out as a "Jon Snow" type but as the story went on i can safety say he SURPASSED Jon Snow in terms of character. the guy was honorable to a fault but at the same time he had his own ambitions and wants outside of what Alfred and his family wanted. they should have done this with Jon in game of thrones. i feel what they need to do is introduce Val (or reintroduce her) into the story because she was the only other character in GOT besides Ygrttte as a potential Love interest for Jon but she just wasn't in the show. and their children would great possible new Targaryens and therefore a threat to Westeros's succession.
the series could also explore a Westeros after the war for the throne and explore how War ravaged it is and how it's just descended into Civil wars, Rebel factions and Bran has become a complete Tyrant that rules with an Iron-fist and his omniscience makes him near impossible to fight.

Then during some conflict in the first season he gets frozen and wakes up 100 years in the future. Then the plot could be about him finding out what happened while he was gone and try to find a way fix himself. Whether by the children or the gods or even him trying to find the new 3 eyes raven. I like the idea of Bran being the Night's King and White Walkers, Night King were just pawns of his game bound to his spell, just like how Old Nan describes Night's King in ASOS. Now Jon Snow has to fight Bran with the help of Mance Rayder's son, just like how a Stark and King beyond the Wall brought down the Night's King.

From what Iv seen online, many if not most people are happy with the idea of a Jon Snow sequel and I dont really know why. His story is done and much like Lord of the Rings it really feels like ASOIAF isn't something that needs a sequel and is better expanded upon by prequels. Iv seen people think of a million different things Jon could be doing but from a writing perspective what is the point? He already helped defeat the ultimate evil and the bad factions like the Boltons and Lannisters are gone in the show. Jon at this point is essentially just going to live like Thanos on a calm peaceful farm with Tormund drinking sour goat milk

I can't speak for anyone else but myself but I'd personally like to see something more based on the Wildlings. There's so much North of the Wall to explore.
I'm not thrilled with the whole Jon Snow character, I'd been happy with just a random wildling but hey, I'll take what I can get.
Again, this is just my opinion.

    • @michaelkean5969

honestly they could do something similar to the Last Kingdom and be more focused on Jon trying to either retake his home (north of the wall from rival wilding clans) and have the story be much more laser focused on him and his Band of warriors. (would be a created way to introduce new characters who are non-book original) or they could jump ahead in time and see how Jon and Tormund have actually settled and civilized The wildings and they have settlements and cities beyond the wall now and Jon's effectively built an actual Kingdom.
this could be where they introduce Sansa as the series Villain and have the story be about her trying to expand her kingdom past the wall and the story could be about how Jon and Sansa become enemies and just maybe Jon ends up finding a dragon egg frozen in an ice cave or something and one of the series themes could be about identity and explores Jon's half Targ side that GOT just forgot about.
there is actually alot you can do with a Jon Snow spin off series but they would need some seriously creative writers behind it. and i say the writers off the last kingdoms eries would be perfect for a smaller grounded story in the style of game of thrones but it still focuses on a primary character.

HBO should have had taken the show away from D&D when they refused to give the last season at least 10 episodes. I don't understand why they haven't done that. With this decision they probably ruined a whole franchise. And they lost their great reputation as far as I'm concerned.
Since Season 8 in my mind HBO is connected with failure. And with the feelings of disappointment and frustration.
Season 6 and 7 were bad. Season 8 is a disgrace.

Another possible interesting theory is that Daenerys gets revived and before she can take back her throne she has to kill Jon. Also while Jon is in the north he find a way to use the power of the white walkers and he revived one of her old dragons. Then a battle between the unsullied vs the freemen and a battle between both dragons would be very cool. In a sense it would be a son g of ice and fire.
Edit: I got both of these theories ina a video about the topic on yt. Just wanted to spread these theories to fans more.

I'd rather the show create new characters for us to love. to be frank killing Stannis off was the worst mistake they ever did.
they should have had Stannis be Jon's "hand" of the king instead of Davos.
they could have had Sam and Bran find out who Jon is and once Stannis found out having seen Jon in action as a leader (and a shit ton of character development) relinquishes his claim to the Throne and starts Backing Jon's claim. having Stannis in Jon's corner, Tyrion/Varys in Dany's, Qyburn in Cersei's and Littlefinger in Sansa's.
now THAT would have been a GAME of thrones.

The story could start off with a time gap maybe two or three years maybe five, Jon's been living as a Ranger and hasnt been back to the wall in sometime but has just been traveling around the lands beyond and helping people where he can. Maybe everyone thinks he is dead or missing but a few people mainly Bran and his small council know that Jon is alive and doesnt wish to be disturbed. And it could start off not with Jon but with Bran and show the Westeros and the outcome of the decisions they made. And all is well until Sam runs into the chambers and says that Lord Gendry has sent letters and called the Banners to war, not against the throne but against someone claiming they are Aegon Targeryan son of Rhegar so basically what's happening in the books but instead of being Un-opposed hes actually being held back a bit in the storm lands with Connington. And Bran claims that it's a Pretender through his 3 eyed raven abilities or whatever. When he calls the banners, some lords raise them for Aegon, Dorne has fully committed to them and some lords in other lands that hold loyalties to the Targeryans even believing them Extinct band together and rise up and start a rebellion in those lands. So the Seven Kingdoms are in turmoil with each lord paramount fighting back against there own uprising and send very little or no help at all to Bran, except the North who is ready to assist Bran as Allies. But Bran knows it's not enough so he heads to the gods wood while the realm prepares for war and begins warging. It cuts the the land beyond the wall where it's not always freezing now and Greenery has popped up all around and it shows a figure lone on a hill riding his horse up hill and he sees a large settlement with children running around and people about. And then he strides into town and people dont seem the mind much and greet him warmley. And when it dismounts its Jon and he says his hellos and and heads into longhouse and Tormund is there and ask how everything been since he was gone for longer than a month and stuff. Anyways some stuff happens go fill in the blank, Jon gets a message from Bran either by a Raven that somehow finds him, saying he needs Jon's help and the free folk in dealing with a Targeryan pretender and that has jon really thinking and Tormund his ever loyal friend speaks to him about the letter and ask what he wants to do. Jon knows the free folk dont want anything to do with the lands south of the wall and have enjoyed the peace they earned and fought for, some clans have even trade deals with the remnants of the Watch or the north and have ceased raiding tr he south but still fight amongst each other. So Jon knowing they wont fight with him and knowing he cant leave because then he would dishonor his vows tells Tormund that he cant go because he swore a vow basically how he was with Stannis, but Tormund says he can leave and doesnt care about his vows but since Jon's so inclined to follow them he can leave not as Jon Snow but as Aegon Targeryan. Jon remains conflicted about it for a few days before getting ready one morning and Tormund ask if hes gonna go on another ranging to which jon says hes not and hes going back south to help. So he and Tormund hug and says his goodbyes to the people of the settlement and Tormund wishes him luck and to come back alive. And that could be the 1st episode or whatver.

First episodes Jon Snow has a hard life in a frozen tundra where nothing is alive. Then he sees a vision in his dream and begins his destiny driven the journey to Asshai. Along the way, over the course of two season he visits all new locations like Southoryos, Moraq and YiTi, banging all the vivacious women he can get his undead hands on. By the time he reaches Asshai, he is no longer "i dun wan it", he is very much a fiery Targaryan. In Asshai he meets many strange events over a few episodes until he enters the Shadow Lands to find and ultimately retrieve a wild untamed dragon who he names Nedly.
It is then that a shaman priest fortells that The Others are rising in the North, making their way to the Five Fortresses like in times ancient to descend upon Essos. Jon Snow, now called the Flaming Wolf Man, rallies the free peoples of Essos one by one over two seasons more, eventually leading to a final showdown at the Five Fortresses where using his Valyrian Steel sword, he lays the killing blow on the leader of the Others, King Cold. The final episode shows Jon heading south to Sothoryos where he plans to get tan and live on a beach with his various vivacious Essosi lovers. Fin.

They could maybe also have Jon find a Frozen Dragon Egg in an Ice Cave and give Jon his own Dragon to raise.
have the series also explore westeros and the aftermath of the War for the Iron throne and how it's complete chaos and ravaged by rebellion civil war etc. i'm totally for character like Young Griff in this series. Val as well for Jon's Love interest/Queen beyond the wall (considering she just wasn't there in the show)

i could maybe see Jon getting so fed up with the ideas of "Starks and Targaryans" He ends up ditching the name Snow and starting his own house like the Karstarks and house blackfyre and Griff could be a good Segway into exploring the Blackfyres (that is if he is one that is)
Daenereys also being resurrected and have her character arc about trying to get revenge on Jon at first but then be about redemption. that could maybe lead to a potential salvaging of the Jon/Dany romance . Dany finding out Jon's got his own dragon could also help with that. it could also potentially save the dragons from extinction.

Keep it in the North! Keep Bran and the South OUT OF IT. Aren't we all sick of Kings Landing? This will be a show about the North. Only a few episodes with Queen Sansa though.
So here's how it goes: 5ish years of peace north of Wall. Shows life in small villages. Thenns separate and become new threat cuz they're cannibals. Jon and Wildlings mostly fight them off. But some Wildlings are killed and eaten. But then...
In unexplored Land of Always Winter, 25-ish of Casters sons (that have rapidly aged to adulthood) wake up and explode out of snow. They were asleep when Night King killed so unaffected. They come to life and are the new threat. There are fewer wights cuz 75% of former buried dead were destroyed in Winterfell. White Walkers need new meat and first attack Thenns in far north. Surviving Thenns come to Jon to warn him. Agree to join him and swear to stop their cannibalism.
Jon travels to Northern houses for help. Sansa @ Winterfell kept unused ok and some broken dragon glass. Beautiful reunion. He gets her help. Several winterfell men join fight. No time to ask South for help.
All go north. BIG Battle. Ghost shows up late but with Aryas wolf and pack in tow. Wolves part of battle. A few die. Northerners & Wildlings eventually win. Kill all white walkers. (MAYBE Drogon shows up when theyre about to lose and Jon rides him?)
Jon sends raven to King Bran explaining what happened. But all they need is in the North. Hundreds from northern houses help rebuild damaged wall and many man four forts. Jon oversees all but leaves north again.
Future shot: Jon has wife & kids. Scene shows his and Tormunds family having BBQ or something. Ghost mated and kids are playing with smaller half-direwolves.
Of course end shot is far north with ice cracking to unknown threat.
    SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

Bran knew this but didn't care. Jon becomes the Great Other and takes back Westeros. The people in this book are in a circle of death and destruction anyway and Jon has seen this first hand, they are fated to destroy themselves over and over and all the innocent people beneath them are who suffers.

Always said D&D didn't actually finish the story, and that the Three Eyed Crow/Raven becoming king is not the end, that ultimately he manipulated everyone to become king (like Nan warned) and D&D just wanted out so they chose to end it there. I am pretty sure Kit was told the full arc of his character by George and he was pissed when D&D didn't finish the story, and this is why HBO and George are in for making a sequel: they want to finish the story. There are plenty of hints that the Night King was a "trick" to use mankind to help the TER become king. Jon would figure it out and try to take him down, or ends up succumbing himself to a power in a desire to bring Daenerys back and take out Bran once he realizes he was duped. Remember the story of the Night's King in the book, it sounds like Bran the Broken teaming up with Tormund to defeat his own brother and former lord commander.

Did Jon fight the Night King , defeating him and winning Eternal Glory? No, Arya killed the Night King.
Did he get the throne? No, the Iron Throne was destroyed , the Targaryen Dynasty and hereditary Monarchy ended.
Did he get the girl? No he betrayed and Killed her .
Does anyone in Westeros know or care about his heritage, Triumphs and struggles? No, his heritage according to the wiki is hidden from Westeros by Tyrion and the Starks. All his adventures happened beyond the wall far from the eyes of men and proclaiming himself Aegon Targaryen is tantamount to admitting he is a Kinslayer.
There are no more important stories to tell about him but that doesn't mean he cant have a solid Coda. His sequel serves best as a Coda, chronicling the final story of the last True Targaryen in the world.
Here's a pitch, the ice thawing beyond the wall makes the lands beyond the wall fertile again and this attracts the interest of Essosi powers as this land has not been legally claimed by anyone and is ripe for the taking. Armies of mercenaries and slavers are raised to seize them. Jon leads the resistance against their attacks but suffers from the consequences of his desertion and the infamy of his crime , as few want to associate with him.
In Kings landing, Tyrion and the small council try to prevent further secessions from Dorne and the Iron islands emboldened by Sansa's actions and to gain legitimacy for the new order they are establishing especially with the haphazard nature of Bran's ascension to Kingship , while Sansa pregnant with her heir is unwilling to risk the future of House Stark after all the wars as they are still getting back on their feet, hindering the help they can give Jon though they do lend aid but not as much as Jon needs.
In the East a Volantene expedition to Valyria runs into Drogon and is almost destroyed but surprising a young woman manages to calm the dragon down and claim him, she is able to do this as she is a descendant of Saera Targaryen. Drogon takes her to his nest in Valyria where he has found a safe place in a land filled with supernatural demons and where the woman finds the remains of Daenerys which she takes with her for burial. She finds an intact library filled with knowledge of the magic of Valyria and a few eggs which can later be hatched to create new Dragons. All these she takes with her as she flies to Volantis. She is the beginning of the post-Targaryen , Neo-Dragonlord rise to power.
To end the tale , Tyrion and Bran manage to gain buy in from the realm to the new order of things in exchange for significant concessions from the crown and can now raise armies to resist the incursion but their aid comes to late to save Jon who is killed in battle though he kills the leader of the invading army is single combat . We see Arya return to Westeros after years in the West having found land there and exploring the continents of the west. A compromise is found to end the conflict and the far North is divided between the North, Westeros and Essos . Jon is buried in the crypts of Winterfell as a recognized Stark.
This wraps up Jon's story with him fighting the good fight one last time, setting the stages from new games of thrones in both Essos and Westeros and establishing a wider universe for the franchise.
At least this is my take on a potential plot to this series.

I wonder if they going to explore him as Daemon Targeryan or more as John Snow he is after all the rightful king to seven kingdoms and a Targeryan and i know Bran was left as kign but remember he cant be king because he is the three eye raven he said this a bunch of times when his sister Sansa wanted him to take over the north so would this be a continuarion of game of thrones because i dnt see how they can make a show about John but leave the world of game of thrones behind ? Would we see the same people coming back would he come back ? Got so many questions

Honestly, I would prefer they just retcon the entire ending. I think it would be cool to see the aftermath of Daenerys actually taking the throne, Jon standing alongside her as her husband. However, he knows that many oppose her rule, and knows that he will have to fight to keep things peaceful. He will have to manage his lover's madness, as well as the ambitions and hatred of Westerosi people, including his own family. It could take us more into the political aspects of Game of Thrones and return to a more laid back but also more subtly tense atmosphere. And bring back Rhaegal so that there are two dragons running around.
That's just me personally, however, and I look forward to seeing whatever it is that they make.

I really hope they’re gonna return to Essos with this. Maybe Bran gets a vision about a threat coming from the far East or the South and the only person he can trust with it is Jon. So Jon takes a boat and travels to Bravos… before making his way to Asshai or Sothyros or even old Valaryia. Maybe he mights run into Arya in the Far East.
Jon never left Westeros during the series… he barely even left the North. It’d be interesting to use him to explore places we never saw before.

I thought this was a in poor taste bad joke when I first heard about it. Then when I learned it was real I thought how out of touch and stupid could you be to approve such a thing? No one asked for this after season 8's ending. I frankly was one of the few I knew who was a bit excited for the Long Night series about the first time the white walkers came, I was honestly more hoping we would get the true story of Bran the Builder or the Night's King with his Bride. I actually really loved the History and Lore series they did, I would've loved a straight up animated series of all the great stories from it because I think you can do so much with a reasonable budget and tell a new story every episode or have a few 2 to 3 part arch episodes lots of possibilities.

I mean you don't have to watch the spin off. George is apart of the project and I'm going to watch it. I hope they will have lots of mystery and magical elements. They should make him a warg but they'll have to explain why he was not able to do this before. I also hope to see Arya, Tormund, Sansa and Bran-- If they make him evil. They also need to make his parentage mean something. Maybe he will get an ice dragon

Only way I’m watching this, is if Ilyrio Mopatis is a major player, they introduce the Blackfyres, and Fake Aegon Targaryen kills King Bran by end of episode 1. … Now Jon has to reclaim his birth right and take the 7 Kingdoms… anything short of that…. I’m not watching.

I had major plots in that story:
One had Bran Stark solidifying his position as the King of the 6 Kingdoms, via sending his newly acquired forces to quell many uprisings there is on the remaining Kingdoms. As we all know, Bronn was a sellsword and maybe the Highgarden one day will not satisfy his craving for some fookin', Bran will have to contend with him.
Gendry, being a unrecognised illegitimate son of Robert, had problems uniting the Stormlands in his reign.
The Dornishmen still warlike, were united from the remaining Martell.
Westerlands under Tyrion will be allied to both Bronn and Bran, and plays the third wheel like Tywin ages before.
Riverlands still at their necks washed against each other, will be united against the feeble Tully guy, which will force Bran to subjugate.
The Vale will also come to ground, because the Arryn sitting was still a retard, sorry for the word, but I cannot describe what Lysa's son was.
The North will prepare and solidify under Sansa, but there were many Jom Snow loyalists out there.
The Iron Islands will retain their Old Way.
The Unsullied were going to eventually settle on the Summer Isles.
The remaining Westerosi Dothraki will have to adjust to Westerosi lifestyle.
The remaining Targaryen Aegon will reform the Golden Company, and set sail to reclaim whatever Dany lost against the Westerosi.
All of that, Arya arrives to the lands beyond the Sunset Sea, fulfillment of her vow to her old friend.
Jon meanwhile helps the remaining Wildlings adjust to a White Walker free life, settling wherever the arable land they find beyond the Land of Always Winter. Jon fulfills the vision Melisandre saw, and returns to Westeros proper to help once again the land from future enemies.

I mean ...didn't the white walker already respawn once before? Isn't it likely that they left a couple of homies behind in the lands of always winter to keep an eye on the babies they took and turned from Craster? Jon could try to track them down, rebuild wildling society, then around season 3/4 if the show is crushing loop back in the rest of the realm somehow with Faegon stirring shit up or Drogon or the free cities or the faceless men

Is he for real exiled though? Is the wall even there anymore? They’ve defeated the white walkers for good, so what’s the point of the wall? I think he’s literally just going north because that’s where he belongs. Who’s gonna exile him? Bran? His own brother? Nah man, he’s free to do whatever he pleases. His adventures are just beginning. This should be good.

To be honest I can’t see kit Harrington returning for anything less. I mean I’m pretty sure he’s good on cash and he’s working with Disney/marvel so he still has work lined up.
I doubt he would return unless it’s in his new contract guaranteed that his character either ends up (permanently I might add) as King of the 7 or 6 kingdoms, King of the north, Warden of the North, or Hand of the king. I would add “King beyond the wall” but he technically doesn’t really belong beyond the wall he was born in the seven kingdoms I just can’t see Kit being satisfied with a position that doesn’t involve him being it within the 7 kingdoms.
Considering how badly HBO handled GOT’s version of “Aragorn” by not even giving Jon a crown in the end or at least a position damn close to king status. I feel like it would be an insult if they try to make kit come back and he doesn’t get any of the positions I mentioned at the end of the show.
As for this new shows plot aside from the almost inevitable ending that Jon will get one of the positions I mentioned.
    1. I guess they could retcon Danny’s death, “ Dani gets stabbed but not quite dead, the dragon flies away with her, takes her to some priest or something and brings her back to life and now she’s seeking revenge.
    2. Or maybe they find some way to bring the night king back like he didn’t really die, that way give this guy a proper send off and final stand for the fate of Westeros.
    3. Or some new foreign force overseas is brewing considering Daenerys is dead along with her dragons and Westeros is still recovering from a war some new king may wanna throw their hat in and see if they can take over.
    4. Or maybe they decide to expand on the aftermath of season 8, starting a new internal rebellion in the seven kingdoms, if not necessarily to overthrow a Bran but other established houses seeking to grow there influence in Westeros. “Chaos is a ladder”
