    It is great fun to watch the People making music with the Boutiques as I am a big Fan of them too.

    Awesome jam bro!
    I'm using a tb03 and a tr09 alongside a ms20 mini via trigger out of the tr09 but could do with some tips on the Tb03 if you could fire a few pointers. I noticed you used the timing button alongside the reverb effect which I dig

      Hi James, let me know what you need for the tb03, am pretty ok with Ableton sending it MIDI, still trying to get my head around a few things on it.

    AMAZING WORK here. I have a question. .... how do you connect the boutiques together and have synced timing. ? thanks

    • @Costaspapadotcom
      @Costaspapadotcom  6 років тому

      They are all synced to Ableton as the main clock. so i switch off the internal clock and set it to external.

    Is that d link what you use to connect them all into ableton?

    Hi, very nice boutique-jam :) what audio-interface do you use... cause I see that you connected all the boutiques only by usb.

      Hi, thank you, currently am using a mote 4pre, but am switching it to a babyface pro from rme, i got all the gear on a usb hub, am on a mac, i went into the audio/midi preferences, and created an aggregate interface, with all the boutique, internal and external interface, to get all the i/o options, then use the aggregate as my main device in ableton to get midi and audio i/o through it. have the drums on 4 separate channels etc... the motu really doesn't yet get used much.Not sure if there is a better way...

      Costas Papa thanks a lot for this information:) I tested it right now with my two Boutiques and it works very well👍🏻

      Great, glad to assist, Also, if you have the TR09, it gives you i think 4-5 outputs, so u can process your drums individually (almost) in Ableton or your DAW of choice. Check the menu option in it.

    I still can't figure out how to get the Boutiques to send audio over USB to m PC in Ableton. I currently have them hooked up by USB and audio cord to my interface.

    • @Costaspapadotcom
      @Costaspapadotcom  6 років тому

      I think for USB, you need ASIO driver if am not mistaken, i did see a tutorial on youtube about it. hope you figured it out

    This is awesome !!! Why can't i find a JU 06 now ? it was limited edition ???

    • @Costaspapadotcom
      @Costaspapadotcom  6 років тому

      I think they all are limited editions, but am sure there are out there, or making more, i feel these boutiques are pretty good, and superior since they are digital.... and for that price point is really great. Still waiting to get the Tr08, out of stock.... If you are in the US or EU you got options, i get most of my stuff from sweetwater and TTL.

    hey there, amazing video! I have a question for you though. I was wondering how you got synced the audio from all of the instruments through ableton? it seems it only lets me input one audio source at a time (i.e i can only hear 1 of my 3 instruments at a time. tr09/jp08/tb03. please any help would be appreciated!

    • @Costaspapadotcom
      @Costaspapadotcom  7 років тому +3

      Hi Andrew, am on a mac, i use the audio midi setup native app and create an aggregate sound interface with all the boutique and any other audio stuff available. If you are on windows, i was told ASIO may do the same. Let me know if you need further details.

    • @VanCliffton
      @VanCliffton 7 років тому

      thanks! Im on a Mac as well. I think the aggregate part was the part i needed! now i just gotta figure out/tinker with them in ableton to get them synced and what not. Thanks for the quick reply!

    • @VanCliffton
      @VanCliffton 7 років тому

      also, are u sending midi to the boutiques at all? or using built in sequencer and just sending audio to ableton?

    • @Costaspapadotcom
      @Costaspapadotcom  7 років тому +2

      both options. i got midi channels in ableton with external instrument, sending midi and receiving audio. So i can sequence either or on both.

      Compared to what? TB-303 going for $2-3K. TR-909 going for around $3-4K and Juno for about $1K.
