Well, a motorcycle is only cheap if it is your sole form of transportation, but that might be more a reflection of how astonishingly expensive cars are. I did, however, spend around 4 years on a Honda scooter before even touching a "real" motorcycle.
My question I’ve been asking everyone is should I get a car first or just get a motorcycle, I’m 17 working at Burger King busting my ass I got half saved up for my motorcycle but everyone’s been telling me to get a car first though

Get an absolute beater car first so you still have enough money for a bike. That way you can ride and if something comes up you can still have 4 wheels just in case. And ppl won't care that you have a beater for a car because you'll have a cool bike and are only 17 on 18 so they'll understand.

I bought my first bike on Friday. It already broke down on Saturday. Now it's in the workshop and I won't get it back for over a month.
