- Piers Morgan Uncensored is joined by UA-camr and pro-Palestinian Mohammed Hijab for a lively debate on the historic conflict between Israel and Palestine and whether the terrorist attacks committed by Hamas warrant the level of response by Israel and whether the IDF should be labelled as 'terrorists' too for the mass killing of civilians during the bombing of Gaza.
Mohammed makes the point that it is impossible to defend Israel's actions as 'defending themselves' when they are the occupiers of Palestinian territory. Mohammed also adds that 'flattening out' Gaza with carpet bombing is an irrational response to try and get rid of Hamas fighters when he believes they have the capabilities to go into Gaza and surgically remove and target them.

Did you know that during the ceasefire period before October, Israel invaded the Aqsa Mosque and Palestinian homes, and discriminated against the Palestinian people. I think they tried to divert the war to Gaza. And did you know? That only 3% of the water in Palestine is drinkable? Palestinians support HAMAS because they understand that they are slowly being tried to be killed even if there is no big war and if war breaks out then the difference is that the chance of not being colonized will remain. It is wrong to say that Israel only reacts to the people they colonize.

Because in the mind of every individual, they have already pre-determined what they want to believe in. Thus once a person re-enforce the idea what you prescribed to, even if it is ultimately proven false, that individual will take his/her word as the truth.
Any voices, even with evidence, that refute that false statement, will be treated as either fake or conspiracy.
This is a deeply embedded human psychology. Human only want to believe what they believed in. No body knows or is certain of the real truth. Why? Because human are good at twisting the truth to their advantage. Nobody is trusting anybody, unless, unless that somebody agree with your "truth"
An example would be a movie. You can film a movie with the same story twice, one in the POV of the "protagonist", and another in the POV of the "antagonist". You will realise you will always relate with the the role that you are viewing the movie POV from. The reason being Humans are also highly selfish. They will think they are always right, and those opposing their perspective are wrong. They are not willing to accept the other party's reality until being forced to.
Is Hamus wrong? Definitely. But has anyone asked why does some Palestinian join Hamus. If given a chance, and why that I meant opportunity to lead a good live, an opportunity to fufiled their aspiration, who is the right frame of mind would join Hamus and put their lives in danger?
There are many interviews of normal citizens on both sides. They don't hate each other, they wanted peace. They want to have a live where they know they wouldn't die due to unnatural causes. But why does the conflict never ends? Simple, the power hungry people at the top, doesn't want lasting peace. They want conflict from time to time.

Basically Ireland was occupied and oppressed by UK so they fought back for their freedom and rights just like how Palestine is fighting for its freedom and rights for over a century ever since Zionism started in the 1880s-1890s.
