    Your Sifu has very very very fluid movement. Very interesting sparring, great use of the Leg sweeps too.

    You almost never see kung fu guys that legitimately use kung fu in sparring rather than bad MT. This was a good demonstration kung fu in sparring.

      A lot of kung fu schools don't do sparing those are the ones who can't apply them. Whatever the style is you can't fight right if you didn't practice fighting

    Your master has fucking AMAZING timing and distance perception. Still cannot understand how he expected that left leg coming forward at 1:28, yet he countered it instantly. Maybe he just saw a tell? His standup game is incredibly clean.

      He has excellent timing and body posture anticipation. What I like more was the right low kick check with the bow stance ram.

    In my opinion, the locks and throws are kung fus strongest assets. Sanda really streamlined the striking.

    Perfect uses of the sideways stance and attacks in the air like he bailed the kick to the stomach for an oblique to the legs. Great defence, counterforce, legwork in grappling but lacked in offense during it.

    your Sifu very fluid he did apply kung fu techniques that work the only other person I've seen use kung fu was Safiq Eshan I don't know if I'm pronouncing his name correctly but he was from Afghanistan and he did use kung fu in fights. We need more Kung Fu practioners like your Sifu

    This is an amazing video. Master Molina has a lot of experience I can tell by how well he did despite you having a height and reach advantage. Clear difference in styles and mastery by both of you. Sergio have you shown this video to Javier? I am super happy to see that in South Florida there is a Renaissance in real Kung Fu. I have many questions and want to talk to you soon this week if possible. You are making a big positive difference Sergio as a patron of Chinese martial arts. Wonderful bro!

    I'm sure you've learned this already, but your sifu keeps dropping a hand in response to low kicks. That's going to get him knocked out if he tries that with an experienced kickboxer or MMA fighter.

    Gu-a-o... impressive. The best sparring I ever seen in this channel. In some aspects I find in your teacher the same way I fight. He uses down postures very much. Both predict moves, but in my opinion, in this video he was the Master... Gu-a-o... (W-O-W). His moves are so good that I thought it was not a sparring but a coreography.

    The low kick check at the 1:15 - 1:16 min called my attention. It is practiced a lot in traditional Hung Gar, the stance changes are attacks. Your stance rams against the legs of opponent.

    Its cool how your master is good at kung fu but if he was put against like a ufc champion he would need more than just kung fu im not no master but in a real fight situation it will be harder to apply kung fu

    Tu sifu es muy hábil, buenos reflejos, en la parte de kickboxing vs shaolin me gusto un bloqueo que te hizo en el aire, el brinco y tu tiraste una patada pero te la bloqueo
