PSA: Raising funds through fees is felony securities fraud. I've seen their agreement. And the irony is that Claude (Anthropic's AI) says that the structure of the agreement does more likely than not constitute securities fraud punishable by 20 years in prison or $5m fine (for each count).

I'm with you. I got in before the videos and was told that after the 100 licenses there's another 250 licenses being sold at different amounts. I didn't know about the million dollar license.

I believe they are running out of money. Ans they way of funding their buisness is selling more licenses. There many of us license holders who are requesting buyback and they dont have the money. I have a feeling that they will be going out of business soon.
I asked regarding the Agency license and the 2nd batch of licenses (100x 2) should be done soon. I was told they will be offering more agency licenses however they won't have the same percentages as the current one. Meaning that the future licenses will not have as good of a percentage as the current batch.

They just dropped a 6-month challenge which would increase any licensing folder from whatever percentage to up to 50%
but the caveat is you must post video content and articles consistently for 200 days straight.
With the way that things are going I am recording all proof necessary to show that they gave a promise of an increase Commission.

Just use vapi it’s on the same level if not better and it’s literally made to be white labeled they literally give you the api to work with for free. Only thing you pay is the voice provider for the ai and the call fee’s and for twillio. That comes out to like a couple cents per minute and calls only last maybe up to 5 if even that.
I’m sure that platform is better than Air but you know what’s better than it? Nova Echo AI is! We don’t use Air any longer and we offer a much easier way to white label our product so people don’t have to try to build a platform themselves.

But yes I was also not impressed by the sales rep I had. I had a buddy who also hopped on a call with a sales rep and he 3 wayed me in.
The things he was told was much different than I was told. On top of the sales tactics. Which I understand to a degree as I’ve been in sales for a while but this side of the operation absolutely could be cleaned up.
Other than that, the support I receive from the back end guys is phenomenal. They do a fantastic job

What’s the difference whether they sell their licenses or the resellers selling licenses?
The resellers cannot sell licenses. It's not an MLM
I understand that but they can still resell and create the competition that seems to be the concern. If the company sells 1,000 licenses or they sell 100 licenses that each sell 10 sub accounts using the product, that is essentially the same amount of people using the technology. Something I’m missing?

According to what I was told if you do not hold a license you will not have priority service with your inbound and outbound calls and also if you have any type of customer support that is needed you will basically not get any type of customer support so having a license allows for you to supposedly have priority calls and 24-hour support
I've helded my license for a few weeks now and so far the support is there compared to when I did not have the license
