Brian needs to tell his band mates when his health is deteriorating because that's really serious to have a heart condition like that and have a lifestyle that's so hectic it can really take a toll on someone your health comes first
Johnny wanted to handle both bands. I think the problem was commitment between the two acts. When NSYNC rose up the charts, Johnny couldn't handle managing both groups at the same time. If BSB stayed with Johnny, Millennium and NSYNC's No Strings Attached wouldn't have become smash hits that led both vocal groups to superstardom.

Isn't it sad. Howie loses his Sister while Nick loses his Sister. It can be too much to handle sometimes.
