She is definetlly a gymnast that made history beyond any medal or ranking. Her charismatic performance, her persistence and resilience, her achievements (the unique gymnast ever to compete in four consecutive Olympic Games and qualify for all those four Olympic finals) are legendary. Always with sportiveness and Olympic values, she still being a model of athlete for any young athlete. Even for any person. Congrats and thank you @almudenacid
@@lf9286 Eleni Andriola didn't make to the final in Beijing 2008, Maksymenko at Beijing was a group gymnast and participated at the final, for London was an individual and ended up at 6th place at the final, Beijing had the characteristic that 6 gymnasts from the final in Athens reached once again an olympic final, an unique feature, Carolina Rodriguez like Maksymenko was a group gymnast at the final in Athens 2004 and for Rio 2016 ended up at 8th place at the individual final, don't forget Aleksandra Timochenko Bronze at Seoul 88 and Gold for Barcelona 1992, but Almudena reached 4 olympic finals with huge differences through the Code of Points her career spanned :)
