Honestly ima say it...I have played liberty falls more than Terminus and I was SUPER against it at first. It reminded me of outbreak or any attempt to put zombies into a multiplayer map. I hated the basic look of a town and said multiple times "this don't look like zombies." I'll be damned though if its not a fun map just to casually play on, and from this point forth it is no longer "Liberty Balls". Terminus is a great map but a little ambitious in size if you ask me. Any map that requires a vehicle to traverse even if it's to a small island nearby is excessive and takes away from that "trapped" experience if I worded that right. As a fan since 9 years old I am happy to have experienced watching this age. For once I am happy with a new Treyarch zombies and I pray they continue to drop banger maps because this could be one of the greats.
@@mr.peanut5006 bro you have the exact same thoughts as I do. And yeah I agree that some sections of Terminus are HUGE just for the sake of being huge. There’s a lot of empty space in that map that has no reason to be there. Otherwise I absolutely love the mode and I’m frustrated to see all these people just say “Cold War 2.0” all the time. Clearly the modern zombies mechanics work for a silent majority of players, otherwise they wouldn’t keep trying to perfect it. I’ve also been playing since I was 9, in the BO1 days, and I’ve never enjoyed zombies so much since then. Not even BO2 and BO3 zombies gave me this much joy (I’m just a high rounder, I don’t focus on Easter Eggs)
Honestly I gotta disagree Bo3 zombies baseline was amazing, but you can’t compare anything to Bo3 that doesn’t have mod tools. I’ve consistently played Bo3 zombies since it’s dropped to this day, and no others zombies beside world at war has come close or will come close without mod tools
@@jaredmunro597 completely agree bro, I haven't played since BO3 and have been a cod hater for the past excuses. This is different I feel motivated to play unlike any other cod. Haven't felt like this since NO MANS SKY
agree about the loadout. they could make you choose the wallbuys before the match and depending on the number of attachements the price will change. This way you could still level your weapons and do the camo grind
A really simple way to solve the gun issue at the end is if you drop a packed gun for something new you get a refund for the points youve spent on the gun your dropping
I've yet to play so I can only rate the video: 9/10. I can say that this offering seems to had a lot of thought put into it, and maybe some of those came from the faithful Zambie community. Painful to admit but I'm a campaign guy from way back, hoping to have as much fun as you did on my play through.
Good video mate some valid points. I've been offshore since launch so haven't played yet and a little over 2 weeks to go till get home. I don't like how ill locked out of certain rewards because by time I get home guided mode will be out, dont really agree with guided takes away the fun of learning new maps amd EE. Maps look really fun and looks like they have done a good job. EE's look way too easy in my opinion but I understand they are trying to get new players in and releasing a super long EE with complicated puzzles and cyphers would put new players off from attempting EE and im pretty sure they said before launch they want more people to complete the EE - great idea about having 2 levels of difficulty for ee would bridge the gap between hard core and new players. Codex would be good too. And I like your idea regarding the trading of goble gums in bo4 I've got loads of some elixers that I don't use and are just a waste. The high round strat for terminus where your in 1 room with wonder weapon and mutant injectors round after round doesn't really do it for me its a bit boring. Looking forward to see what maps will come out and hope they are diverse and mix it up. Roll on November 21st so I can finally get my hands on it.
@GeekyPastimes just random tbh with ya it goes from blue skys to dark clouds for a bit than the piss yellow sky that the vermons cause its a small detail frfr just like how you can see the clouds move in the skybox
I know I’m on ps4 so issues are expected and I have ran into issues (most seem to be for everyone though like the dev errors) but even then it’s not been nearly as bad as BO4s launch was crash wise. I’ve frozen 4 times on zombies and because of the save feature it didn’t really matter. I’m still trying to solve the freezing though, I think it has to do with the medals popping up while so much is going on already but I’m not sure since I haven’t turned them off because of mp.
The ability to transfer rarity and pack-a-punch is such a good idea. I've literally never used the mystery box... because I have no need to. This would be a fun addition, and I'd absolutely start using it
one of the better launch experiences we've had. if we keep getting dlc maps to the quality of terminus, I think bo3 might have a competitor

I give it a 7 out of 10

7.3/10,
If DLC is terminus quality?

The skybox changes alot on LF
What causes it? I've genuinely never noticed, other than the vermin rounds making everything yellow. All my screenshots look the same too
