My wife is the primary applicant, and I am secondary. We have not showed any work history for me as it did not fetch any points. It is not necessary to get reference letter for me correct ?
Yes, you don’t need a reference letter from your employer. In our case also, my husband didn’t get one bcoz he was a secondary applicant. Also, congrats for receiving the ITA :)

No, your birth certificate is not needed. Only needed for children

Are all the education and work documents given for both the primary applicant and acoompanying spouse?
Education documents are needed for both applicants, work documents are needed for primary applicant only. If you are showing work experience of your spouse then his docs would also be needed. You can leave his experience blank if you want bcoz that would not add to your CRS points anyway

@@anaahat you can address it to “to whom it may concern” or “to the immigration officer” - both works. Yes, reference /job responsibilities description letter is required from all employers.

Hey! Yes your husband’s qualification would give you some points. As of now all applicants are invited under FSW draws until job code specific / other attribute specific draws start. You can message me on Insta if you have any specific questions
How is the experience letter different from reference letter?
Experience letter doesn’t list down job responsibilities in detail by level / designation
