We got you! ‪@artisanbryanford‬ and I want to share with you how to elevate your homemade neapolitan pizza with just two preferments: Sourdough Starter and Poolish! The results are going to be incredibly delicious! Everyone is going to love your new homemade pizza recipe!
    This is the recipe we used in the video. It allows for a 1kg of dough.
    Ingredients:
    •⁠ ⁠(100%) Flour 00: 475grs
    •⁠ ⁠(70%) Water: 330 grs
    •⁠ ⁠(20%) Poolish: 100 grs
    •⁠ ⁠(20%) Sourdough Starter: 100 grs
    •⁠ ⁠(2%) Salt: 10grs

    Id like to see a pizza sourdough vs poolish, but this was cool too! I'll have to plant some of those Italian tomatoes next season, good job guys!

    Maybe you could make some videos on how to bake bread with cranberries, sunflower seeds, soy bread, pumpkin seed bread?

    Hi, I been trying this for a few bakes now and the pizza dough is so wet it can’t be kneaded. I’ve decreased the hydration to 68%, but still the same.
    Any suggestions ? I certainly can’t ‘work’ the dough on the counter like in this video.

    Beautiful pizza . If I may ask why do you use the poolish and the SD starter together . Would only using the starter not give you good results . Thanks in advance

    Hey Gluten Morgen, necesitamos un video que muestre cual es la mejor harina para hacer pan de dia a dia, lo mejor que puedo conseguir en el super es 10gr de proteina por kg, no sale mal, pero no llega a nada parecido a tus videos. Estaria bueno saber con que puede trabajar la gente comun que no tiene accesso a una harina de 16

      The good thing is, that nowadays there are more and more bakers who sell high quality flour online. At least in Europe. E.g. Marcel Paa (CH), Christopher Lang (AT)

      @@whoolawoop6817 Yeah we dont have that here, the only way to get good quality strong flour is to buy 20kg at least, thats not possible for a household to use before it goes bad.
