I can wholeheartedly endorse Certina DS Action diver. I used to own one but sold it because it was a pre-owned watch and back then I did not particularly appreciate smaller dial watches. Now that I am beginning to wear smaller to mid-size watches I probably would get one back some day. It is no doubt one of the best, if not THE best value divers from major brands at around $1,000. The specs are impeccable for that price and the dimensions are extremely friendly for a wide range of wrist sizes.
Right now I am wearing the SRPG in the same color as the SRPJ in this video (39.4mm). For $200 the finishing on this thing is nuts. I own more expensive watches/Seikos, and I wear this thing every day as my after work watch (I also wear it skiing). Super legible, great lume, but the best thing about it is the applied indices. They catch the light one-by-one and the watch looks WAY higher end than many $1000 watches. The bracelet is fine, but the secure, double-clasp is nice touch. These are going to be well regarded watches in the future, mark my words. I only bought it when I saw it in the metal. I was going to buy an SRPE as my daily beater, but this is more of a tool AND looks higher end.
I have Marus green dial which seems to be discontinued. Pretty cool first automatic watch. They make decent watches, but it cant compare to my new Tissot Prx...
I recently purchased the limited edition Snoopy version of the 36mm Seiko 5 field watch here. A cute timepiece, but I now realize I can’t really go any smaller than 36mm on my 7” wrist. The Snoopy is borderline for me. The Hamilton Pilot Pioneer is my favorite here though. But for the price it really should have a sapphire crystal. Oh and the Mido Commander is wild! I wasn’t even aware that the model existed.
Allot of 39mm wear smaller and look and feel fantastic on my skinny wrists. Some 40mm would probably look outstanding on your 7” wrist. You just gotta try them on.
@@ryanjofre that’s the thing, traditionally I’d wear watches that are 40mm plus. I wanted to try smaller ones too. For my taste anyway, I’ve found the sweet spot is 38mm…which is the size of a number of the watches showcased in this video.

I have a 7" wrist as well, and love my ingersoll 33mm Mickey Mouse watch or my 34mm constellations. Once you start to get used to smaller watches, it's hard to go back.
Nice. This is my category. I have Citizen Chandler, changed that horrible field strap for nice leather strap and it is my daily watch. My first analogue watch after ~15 years. From this list I have also Seiko Cocktail Time but "Black Russian" version. Bought it for 300 euro (200 euro discount). That watch really shines under the light. :)
Seiko SRPG27 is my go-to. First watch I ever bought as I hit my 30s and forayed into the watch game. I find that it's the most versatile and wearable daily watch. Tissot PRX Powermatic is my second.
I have nearly 30 watches, but my Brew gets a hell of a lot of wrist time. I just love the look of it. Something about it just clicks so well. Also it’s unique and I’ve never seen anyone else wearing one in Singapore.

Just this past week I purchased a Seiko SK003 GMT from your stores and everything was perfect on every level thank you and your sales team loved the experience won’t be my last watch from you guys for sure. ❤🎉
We bought as a wedding gift for a friend a Certina DS Action Diver Titanium in black/yellow colour. Watch is really nice, light and it also has a diver extension which is so good for adjusting on the fly when your wrist grows during day. We got it with discount for 880 €.. Cool watch, not so expensive, perfect for a gift to mark a special ocassion 😀
Hi, Teddy. As an enthusiast of micro-brands, thanks for including their products in this presentation. Being already aware of Deep Blue and Baltic, your mentions did introduce me to a couple I was unaware of that I'll research more. Thanks.
I know you mostly feature brands you sell, but the CW c65 Dune would be a great addition to this list. I've owned almost half of the brands mentioned on this list, and the Dune beats them all in finishing. You should really check it out, Teddy. Its my favorite CW by far.
Once Upon A Time, when the first 37mm was introduced, it was known as "Over-sized". Today, even a Wall clock sized Wrist watch is not considered "Over-sized" 🤔

Hi Teddy, will you make a video comparison between the new hype blancpain x swatch and other brand with the same price comparison, seiko etc under 1k. Cheers😊
Hamilton Pilot Pioneer. A special watch. I just bought it recently. It is my first Swiss watch. I can only say that I am in love with it since the level of detail it has and its aesthetics (with a two-piece brown leather strap) are simply perfect. It's worth every penny of its price, even with its mineral crystal that has better visibility than a mid-range sapphire. It really is the perfect 36mm pilot's watch.
Quick survey. I mostly have 40 and 41mm watches. I wanted to ask fans on this channel if 36 and 37mm are too small? Also, how difficult is it to sell a 36 or 37mm to the next buyer if I don't want to keep it in my collection. What do all of you think?
Wrist size is relevant. I've 6 3/4 and have a range from 36-40. All wear fine. I prefer the 36 classic Rolex size and comfort is top drawer. Same with my 37mm King Seiko. I'm not so keen on stuff above 40mm and stuff getting over this starts to shout insecurity issues unless your built like an action figure for me and sizes are slowly coming back in. In regard prices, I can only speaker on higher end brands but 40mm seems to be higher to buy so you get more for them but then 36's are cheaper to start in many cases so it's a ratio of buy to sell. I'd go try what you like that's smaller in a shop that has a full mirror you'll soon see if it looks right for you.😂
The 36 is borderline for me. But i'd say that smaller watches are generally more comfortable and are becoming trendy again, + they also fit women, when thinking about selling them
I've a 6.5" wrist, and prefer watches that are in the sizes of 35-39mm. 40+s just don't wear elegantly on my wrist. It's one thing if it's a diver, then it's fine to be a bit oversize as long as the lug to lug fits, but sports watches and dress watches are better smaller to me. I could barely pull off the PRX in 40mm, but the 35mm fits perfectly. Plus I like vintage pieces so I'm used to smaller sizes as well. My favourite watch is a Must de Cartier tank, at only 23mm wide. Or to put it another way, the new 6 digit Sub doesn't suit me at all, but the 36mm Datejust is perfect.
Help me to choose one brand to go for my first watch that I will cherish forever out of these brands ( Sieko / Zeppelin / Tissot / Raymond Weil and last Federique Constant? I don’t know if I will afford to buy any of these now or in future but if I can which one should I ago for?

Traska, Teddy... You love Traska. I have ogre wrists so, I have long-hoped they would make larger versions. (Mainly the 1st gen green Commuter.) They're awesome! (except they're too small, duh!)
