I can’t get my app to connect to my lights any help?

Make sure you are using the app scanned from the QR code on the controller. Be sure no other devices are connected (one can be connected a a time) be sure bluetooth and location services are enabled, reset the app if it continues not to connect.

The wires from my wheel lights to the Bluetooth split point was damaged can I splice into it fix the damaged area ?

Yes, you can strip back the wire and crimp (or solder) the leads together if the cable is damaged.
