It would be good to join in with a UK yarn swap- with Roėl and if anyone else here wants to join in, I have never organised one before but if you send me the details I will try and do it. I have a body just like you, it is hard work to lose any weight, I think it is because I spent so many years yo-yo dieting and also some of us will never be that tall skinny shape because that’s not what nature wants of our bodies - we are all different. Like you I try and eat healthily, I have managed to lose some weight in the last year, now I’m trying to move more as well! I go swimming 2 x week and try and do some walking in between. I’m content to let the weight go down gradually as long as I am feeling better. I spent too many years miserable because I had put weight on or miserable cos I always felt I was denying myself ‘nice’ food. Now I enjoy good healthy food and it’s much better for my mood as well as my body! Thanks for a lovely podcast and see you next week. Doei 🧡🧶❤️
