This video was SUPER helpful. I was so hung up on how to use Footnotes! this explained everything I needed to know. I can now go into working on my paper confidently.

Quick question! On microsoft word when i use insert footnote, i get superscripts at the bottom of my pages, i notice with yours that you have regular sized numbers on your footnotes. What should it be??

I only know MLA. My history teacher just forced us all to use CMS.

oh, so you have to put the what you cited with quotations. It was odd I saw a lot of videos where some people did not use the quotation marks.
