I own 3 LV’s and smelled nearly all of them and for me it’s squarely in the middle of the pack. It’s definitely not bad, but I don’t feel it’s outstanding. You mentioning the Santal 33 likeness makes me understand why I don’t love it as I can’t stand that one. I can see why the ladies in the store liked it, but top 3 LV whewwwwww! Lol. Never on clothes. Sometimes the heavy oil concentration will stain your shirt. Always go for inner elbow, neck and top of the chest.
