I purchased this fragrance last week.. I wore it to a cigar bar and received quite a few comments from the ladies, I personally think is the lil brother to Blue Moon by Kilian. Overall I think it is worth the Purchase.
This Lovers did not deliver in my opinion. FCUK the name Pharrell that's associated with it. Get your nose on it first. Sun Song, Imagination, Hombre Nomade, Meteore will forever reign Supreme in my opinion.
Just received mine and I love it. Smells fresh and woody. Smells like a fresher santal 33 and the dry down smells amazing. Ginger sandalwood cedar dry down
I just tried this. AWFUL! With hundreds if not thousands of fragrances out there why bother with this? There’s nothing unique about it. Give me a break folks. From Louis Vuitton and it’s unforgiving prices I expect great results. This is an abject failure.
This is the problem when brands hire creative directors who are fashion fans but not fashion designers. Like Virgil before him, Pharrell has cool personal style but he has no ideas of his own to bring to the label. So we just get more overpriced repetitive derivative crap with an LV logo slapped on.
I wore this twice for testing. It’s not horrible but why do I need a green, lighter Santal 33? It’s overall pleasant I suppose, but not for me. Orage remains my favorite of the line, but there are a few really great offerings - just not this!
I haven't tested this fragrance so someone please tell me that is this talk about it smelling like pickles? Does it really? I definitely do not want to smell like pickles. WTF? Whose idea was that?
@@weeween7 I haven't smelled Lovers yet but I have smelled Au Hasard and the 1st thing came to my head was how it smells like Santal 33 without the pickle smell. So if everyone is saying lovers smell like Santal 33, I'd say it'll be redundant to owe lovers. Sample Sample Sample.

I tried it while in the store and was not impressed. After a few hours I was like wow it really caught my attention, I will go back and purchase.

Orage is my favorite fragrance in my collection. Afternoon Swim and California Dream are really nice too! LV aint missed yet for me so far!

I have both and lovers is far better quality fragrance than Pacific Chill

It’s crazy how expensive Louis Vuitton fragrances are and they only last about an hour. They are not worth the price.
