Just realized Emi is the youngest cast among the others. She's 17 just like Kaoru when she starts the first movie (now, she's 21). Sato is 22 in the first RK movie (6 years younger than Kenshin's actual age).
The one thing I love in Japanese movies is they will look for the casts who are nearly potraying the characters they are about to play. It is also makes the actors or actresses being one with the characters they are going to play so it's more real.
