Illiteracy at peak, there are so many factor involved in delay and the major is weather conditions no airline will take rish for passenger safety and airplane safety
I mean.. so passengers think flights come nd go like a bus??? There are so many factors to it😂 P.s. During VIP movement airport is shut down for normal use for security purposes
Banda bol raha hai ki monpoly chal rahi hai indigo ki 😂. Kya karen indian logon ka intellectual level hi kam hai. Isko ye toh samajh hi nahi aa raha ki weather conditions kharab hai ATC udne nahi dega. Jaisi harkaten hain inn logon ki lagat hai kisi din airport pai lathi charge karwayenge , especially delhi crowd.
Last time when I visited Tokyo when a Japanese airlines delayed all their crew bow down and apologised from all passengers and provided them free meals and after that airline gave compensation to all passengers no matter economy or business class . this is called professionalism and this is why Japan decades ahead of us . But here in India when one of my friend travelling in emergency after paying 17000 his flight got delayed by 7 hrs for these hours they didn’t gave option for another flight ultimately he canceled his flight and it took more than 3 more hours to get his luggage. And he is still in talks for refund . I have traveled in so many countries but staff of Delhi airport is most annoying and illiterate . Some of them don’t even know basic rules.
Indigo cancels, delays flights deliberately.. Had a recent experience after 15th Aug came 1.5 hrs before departure( Indigo CS mentions 1 hr before departure customer can drop baggage) but baggage drop was not allowed stating to passengers they should've arrived 2 hrs early, even same stupid reason was given to customers who were 2 hrs before departure, in fact they then mentioned flight was preponed by 10 mins without any prior notification, passengers were asked to pay 2500 rs for a delibrate flight change, they were threatened by staff to delete pics and videos happened with a lot of domestic and international passengers.. Basically Indigo was short staffed that day and they extorted money from customers...
That's just ridiculous, there can be a technical difficulty in the plane or something else. It's not ground staffs fault , they are under more pressure than you for everything to go right. For every minute the plane is on that airport the airline company has to pa to use the airport services so if something i wrong it means something really i wrong. No company would want to be at loss.
Brother, you don’t know what are back end conditions , bohot saare issue hote h , i am working at customer care of indigo , and it’s really a very tough situation handling customers with that patience, because under DGCA rules it’s written clearly that airlines isn’t responsible for any inconvenience of delays and cancellations of flights, but huge respect to all gorund staff , cuz facing off people on call is not even eary but at live situations it’s even worse😢
Let it be I know Indigo cancels, delays flights deliberately.. Knowing that IndiGo is known for delaying flight, why are do these passenger fly on IndiGo? They are asking for trouble.
