Great info Callum! I think it would be really great if you could supplement this video by providing the sequence that these forms are used in and how they go together in a transaction. Understanding the timing for each form in terms of when they are required in the offer process would be very helpful!
Hey Pat, glad it helped! So I do have that and I does go from A-Z. Not just on which forms to use but the ENTIRE buy and sell side here in Ontario. Locating properties, setting up showings, doing CMA's, exactly how to organize and fill out forms in webforms, everything. I'll link to the course. If you get going and think it could help save you a ton of time and headaches maybe give it a go. Maybe one of the biggest pieces of value as well will be to have it to refer back to when needed. 300’s are mandatory with most brokerages and the new TRESA update. And you would always want to have one well beyond that. An 810 can be brokerage related but I 100% using one.

Similar forms but your schedules will be a mile long. Right now I've only had a handful of commercial inquiries. Best part here at eXp is I can go find amazing agents to refer out too. I DEFINITELY refer out commercial! at least for now and also different areas that I either don't want to drive to, or I'm not an expert in. 👍
Thanks for great suggestions 😊 Moore but I do have few questions. In ontario as prices are rising day by day in real estate is it worth to be Realtor as per market ? How hard is real estate salesman program for a average student like me because I want to do this course in coming day's?
No problem. Yes in my opinion it is a good time to be a Realtor but it is definitely a lot of work if you want to really grow a business. I was able to complete the entire program in 4.5mths. I found the exams challenging but with preparation and organization very passable.

Hi Callum, as buyer agent, do we need to send buyer's ID to listing agent when submit offer?
No. The buyers name will be on the contract for the offer. You don't have to send your clients ID.
