THREE POTATO SALADS at once! Simple, BUDGET and very tasty salads for every day!
POTATO SALADS:
RECIPE No. 1
2 red onions
Sugar 1 teaspoon
Apple or grape vinegar 1 tablespoon
Pour boiling water over
Leave for 10-15 minutes
Pickled cucumbers 8 -10 pcs.
Dill
Boil 5-6 potatoes, then peel them
Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
2 - 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Mix well.
This quick and easy potato salad can be made for lunch or dinner.

Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Purslane - 1 bunch
Oil - 50 ml
Yogurt 300-400 ml
Soft cheese, curd 50-70 g
Garlic 2-3 cloves
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Snack of purslane stems:
Purslane stems
Soy sauce
Garlic - 1 clove (optional)

My husband is Turkish and just loves this salad!
I cook it very often as a side dish.
I sprinkle some hot pepper on top and enjoy the taste! :)
