Yes, she can still sing just as well as she ever did, and hit all the notes, and sound beautiful. I think the fear may be that, at age 72, doing a major tour where she's singing live for five or six nights in a row, singing for two or three hours per night may cause a strain on her voice. She's had problems in the past where her voice gave out during tours (not an uncommon problem for singers who tour), and now that she's older, I would imagine that fear of that would be even greater.
@@mthivier You gave a thoughtful answer that touring can strain the voice. I appreciate that. And God forbid that damage be caused to her voice by overuse.
Love your videos of the Hall of Fame thing last night! Thank you! If you have a video of Trisha Yearwood's tribute to Charlie Daniels, I would die of happiness!
oh wow her voice will never changes and that is why I love dolly
Can we admire her outfit! simply stunning
WOW! She sounds AWESOME! Love that outfit on her too ;)
An amazing performance from a true living legend!
I wish she performed this song more I LOVE IT
She's a great blond who is truly no body's fool!!
She should truly state: "Don't think I'm dumb"
"Cause this smart blonde ain't nobody's fool!!"
it's such a joy to hear her sing live!!! unlike her tours :(
she can still sing so well, I don't see why they think she needs too, other than the image of being perfect every song every time every night
It may be a stamina thing. What a treat to get to hear her live here, cause she certainly still has an awesome voice.

Dolly is anointed.
Unbelievable vocals. Oh, if only she were allowed to perform this way on tour, the tours would be even more successful.
