My experience with TSD Rallying was in the late 70’s in the Ft. Wayne Region SCCA. What a blast. It seems to have virtually disappeared. I could not find any around Denver where I lived for almost 25 years. It’s good to see this video!
How do end of stage people know what time you did past the red board like do you have a clock in your car that records the time or does the red board have some type of chip to read your stage I'm wanting to drive but I don't know the rules
my club, scca nnjr, uses an app called Competitor, which uses gps points and a timer plus your car's trip. I dont really know how it works too well but my brother who's my navigator is pretty good at it where he can tell me based on the predetermined times on the pace note sheet where I should be both reading the notes and how under/ over my speed should be going to make up or bleed time. We dont use any kind of computers or cruise control except a digital speedo and a gps map to find what road to go down but it seems to work pretty well for us cuz we just recently placed 2nd in class and 5th overall.

Well made video 👍🏻
Do you all ever have motorcycles compete?
Rally is for when the hot sisters tell you and your bro that their parents aren't home.
