Nuclear Deterrence is both a Powerfull Action and an Indirect Action.
Deterrence is more in the Indirect Action than in the Powerful Action. A Pacific Action can also be Deterrent if it can also stay Indirect, this is why for example the Climate Change debate is Deterrent without power.
I was expecting a really thorough explanation of nuclear deterrence, however she does not seem to grasp the concept
How do you know that she couldn't grasp the concept if you were looking for a thorough explanation lol
