Hey bro me again. So remember I was telling you to pick lessor known guitars in the hands of well known players for that other thing. Here’s another good game. What guitar was this track recorded on. Same thing you you well known guitarists/bands but playing stuff you would f think. So like Page used a borrowed Flying V to record You Shook Me in Zep1. The only track he didn’t use the Tele on and when 0:01 you hear it it jumps out as humbuckers. Or, Hendrix used a Tele to record the fills in Purple Haze, Eric Johnson recorded Cliffs of Dover on a 335, or the live version of Crossroads you hear by Cream wasn’t recorded on the 335 it was recorded on his “fool” SG. But the footage you commonly see at the fairwell concert he played the 335. That’s not the one you hear though. Stuff like that. ✌️brother
I use my thumb a lot when playing E structure chords. I mute the A string (5th) as well sometimes like Hendrix. Bar chords aren't necessary if you have another guitar player in the band.

Also, having the guitar Set Up, helps one achieve Barre Chords. If the guitar has high action. learning barre chords is more challenging.
